I have heard of good fried Hokkian prawn noodle in Bedok but I was not sure the exact stall. Since I went to visit a friend of mine who is staying in Bedok, I saw this stall and I was hungry at the time. Why not gave it a try, it might be a hidden find!I just ordered a plate of fried Hokkian prawn noodle. It was quite a big plate though. As usual, prawns, fatty pork and chilli sauce were the main ingredients plus two types of noodle. Chilli sauce could be homemade one, as it was quite fragr
I just ordered a plate of fried Hokkian prawn noodle. It was quite a big plate though. As usual, prawns, fatty pork and chilli sauce were the main ingredients plus two types of noodle. Chilli sauce could be homemade one, as it was quite fragrance and spicy. The broth they used to braise noodle was fine. Whenever I eat Hokkian noodle, I would toss the chilli with all ingredients, I like it to be spicy, no exception for this one. If it could have some veggie, it was even better.
Overall taste was fine. It is fine trying it when one is passing by that area.
