My first impression of Swa Tow: A typical Chinese restaurants which serves good food but doesn't provide good service, a place where retirees like to visit for Yum Cha.I am only half correct. Had my reunion dinner at on the eve of CNY. Despite the fact that the place was kinda packed, the food still tasted as good and the service staff were also very prompt. I will highly recommend this place large group dining.
