I believe Din Tai Fung's xiao long baos need no introduction. I can't fathom why i love this little dumplings which are full of hot soup which threatens to burn your tongue if you gulp it down at one shot, but good food needs no explanation nor justification - the stomach and tastebuds just say good! I always liked dipping my xlb in the vinegar and eating it with the ginger shreds. YUM. Xiao long baos for a happy stomach!
