pretty brownies, decent tasting. Smile Dec 15, 2010

Tucked away in the middle of Dhoby Ghaut xchange, P.Osh is a little bakery shop that sells mini to large sized brownies with skilled decorations as well as message customization upon request. Little samples of brownie for tasting are available at the counter. This is great as first-time customers would usually be curious to know if the brownies would actually taste as good as they look. I have tried and honestly, they are decent tasting. I remember patronizing this place early last year, almost two years now, did a customized message brownie for my boyfriend. It cost around 8$ for a medium sized one but it was worth it as the message decoration with icing and candies were well done and attractive. My boyfriend didn't finish the entire brownie though as he was starting to feel diabetic half-way through but the customization made the ‘overall feel’ really personal and I’m sure it made an ideal and thoughtful gift.

I like the cajun fries at Popeyes. The chicken i order was a tad dry. I had chosen the spicy version. I really enjoyed the fries there. My friend ordered the onion rings with the fish set. The fish set tastes good according to her.

Its a nice place to hang out and have lunch. The waiting time is short and got our food pretty fast smile

this is garlic haven for garlic lovers and garlic nightmare for those who dislike garlic. well for me i am neutral, i am not really a fan though i do not detest it. went with a friend and we ordered garlic snow pizza. it had shrimp and pineapple and of course garlic. there were two kinds of garlic, the fried garlic and the grilled garlic. two different was of preparing the garlic. the shrimps were really fresh and crunchy and the pineapple did blend well with the garlic taste.

i love the cheese shaving that topped the pizza, very cute and adorable. makes it even more appealing!

the service was great, the waitress was very friendly and we did not wait long for our food.

the environment was comfy and relaxing to enjoy a hearty meal!!

Fish & Chips Smile Jul 13, 2010

Fish & Co has been around for many years, with many branches all over Singapore. Al of them are almost the same, with the interior decor styled much with a nautical theme. Service is usually prompt and good. The menu items are usually the same across outlets but the exact ingredients you may get in the seafood platter may vary.

My favourite dish there is the "best fish & chips in town" and for me, it really is one of my favourite fish & chips. The crust is light and crunchy while the fish inside is still steaming hot and so soft to break to the touch. Of course my favourite touch is the lemon butter that they love to spread on top. Besides this, I like to order the grilled calamari rings as a side because they are just so yummy to chew on while we wait for the mains.
