Cheapest Fruit Juice in Town Smile Dec 03, 2012
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Hawker Centre | Juices

I was at Chinatown to have my lunch to eat Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice.

Blenz fruit stall is just opposite of them. They were having promotion of Papaya Juice with Milk at only S$1 per cup, when normally it is priced at S$1.50. They also have promotion for a couple other fruit juice with milk at S$1 as well.

Most fruit juice stall will add alot of ice so you do not get much juice but this stall gives sufficient portion of ice so the portion of ice & juice would be just right.

If you were to order for single fruit juice, it cost S$1 per cup while a mixture of 2 fruits cost S$2 per cup.

If you are looking to drink fruit juice, this would be the cheapest & tastiest fruit stall to visit in town.

Their profit margin is very low but they earn based on quantity.

Best Soya Sauce Chicken In Town Smile Dec 03, 2012

I was at Chinatown for my lunch. I saw a long queue at this stall.

I personally enjoy eating Soya Sauce Chicken Rice so I decided to give them a try at 2:30pm.

There was a long queue and the waiting time was about 25 minutes. They were abit slow but it was worth the wait.

They allowed us to choose the chicken parts so we ordered 2 plates of soya sauce chicken rice and asked for 1 plate to be chicken breast and the other to be chicken leg.

Each plate of chicken rice only cost S$2 and there was a huge portion of chicken meat, you can easily share it between 4 persons and just ask for 2 extra plates of plain rice so total you can spend S$5 to have a good meal among 4 adults.

It would cheaper than ordering their half chicken which cost S$7 and does not include rice.

Majority people ordered their chicken rice as their chicken noodles was more pricey at S$2.50

Best Beef Noodles in town Smile Dec 03, 2012

I seldom eat beef as I do not really like eating beef. I do not like beef burger but somehow I enjoy beef noodles.

Recently I have a crave for beef noodles, and this stall always come to my mind first so I went ahead to have my lunch here.

There is always a queue and even during non-peak hours, you still have to wait for about 10 minutes for your turn.
Their usual price is S$3.50 / S$4.50 per bowl but I never have enough so I alway order their large bowl at S$4.50.

I always order their cooked meat dry noodles, i love their gravy, beef & the soup. Its so tasty.

Whenever I think of Beef Noodles, I always come back here and have been their customer for over 5 years now.
