Tonkat Curry Omu Rice Smile Jul 01, 2013

Categories : Japanese | Café | Kids-Friendly

One of my friend recommend this coffee house before.
So, had lunch at there last Saturday. There was BHG clearance sales at Bugis, was more crowded than usual.
I ordered the omu rice and curry set, that was came with deep fried pork cutlet.
I was a bit disappointed as waited about 30 minutes for this.
But, waitress came and apologized later coz there's problem in the kitchen.
Anyway, it's worth to wait. The curry is really tasty and match with pork cutlets. I love the omelet on the top of the rice too.
Overall, quite satisfied with my lunch at there.

Sliced pizza Smile Jun 25, 2013

The haze reached hazardous levels in Singapore and I was avoiding to go outside. So, I just walked through underpass to ION orchard for lunch and found this pizza counter. It's supposed to take away and each sliced pizza from $4.50 per slice. Anyway, it's good enough for a quick meal.

"One is never enough" as they said, it's simply delicious and meaty pizza.
3 slices - $11.90 and full pan - $22.90.

I ate Chicken Delight and was totally satisfied with it. I'll definitely come back to try other pizza.

Wendy's Premium Cod Fillet Combo Smile Jun 18, 2013

Wendy is probably most expensive burger house in Singapore.
But can touch their unique and tasty burgers.
I had tried Wendy's Premium Cod Fillet Combo yesterday.
This is my first time for cod combo set, priced $7.30.
Cod is already tasty white fish originally. That's perfect mach with their fresh burger and nice mayonnaise. The french fries are nice as well.

Tom Yam Soup  Smile Jun 18, 2013

Hong Hu Express is the stall i ever satisfied for lunch at far east plaza. Offers kinds of fish soup and ramen. My favorite at there is Tom Yam Seafood Soup. Costs $4.50 with added rice bowl, will add 20cents if take away.

It's just original sour and spicy tom yam soup that came with sliced fish, prawn, and usual soup seafood. The staffs are friendly and serve quite fast. A bowl of tom yam soup can make you active on blue Monday or rainy day.

The basil chicken rice  Smile Jun 12, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Thai | Halal

I love Thai food so the usual place to get it near the office is the Thai food stall at far east basement.
I ordered the basil chicken rice with egg omelette. They served very fast.
The minced chicken was quite a lot and finely mixed with brazil leaves, chop of green bean and soy sause.
Then, covered omelette on the top.
It's tasty with the rice and basil chicken. The basil chicken is neither too salty nor too spicy too.
But the stall is quite a small one, you may not get seats during the lunch time. It'd be better to take away.
