Disappointing Lunch Cry Nov 12, 2013
Categories : Japanese | Japanese BBQ/Teppanyaki

Thought of having Teppanyaki for lunch so decide to try this... Such a disappointment.

Only service is good.

Order one seafood set, prawn & chicken set.

Salad- The cutting is too big n it is too raw
Seafood set- Prawn are not well cook when serve so had to send back to recook.
Prawn & Chicken- Prawn was not well cook.
Garlic Rice- Pay to top up from plain rice ... No taste of garlic. Should have eat the plain rice.

Conclusion: I will not return again as the chef cannot even cook a simple prawn well and it is too oily. The food cook is normal even my old folk complain about the food.

Categories : Bakery

Happy to won VIP pass to witness the opening.
Never expect so crowded before it is open.

First time to be VIP is such a wonderful thing as first hand to taste the bread before it is open to public.

The bread is very chewy & best fresh bake from oven.

Carlbell- A must to order. A healthy bread as it has cranberry.
Chocolate Bun- the filling(chocolate) is a lot and it is not sweet.
Crown- First bite you can taste the cream cheese it is the best for cheese lover.
Pizza Onion Toast- The onion taste is very strong with generous ham. A special way to eat pizza with chewy bread.

Conclusion: Love the bread as it is very chewy and the filling is generous.

Steamboat Smile Nov 12, 2013

Categories : Sukiyaki/Shabu Shabu

Brought from Groupon 2 pax @ $30 but the voucher is valued at $50... Super worth it.

Service: When the staff notices we carry laptop bag he quickly provide us a basket to keep our bag n cover with a cloth under our table.

When we are sited the staff patiently explain to us how to order the menu from IPad... Such an advance order. It is super easy to use and the best part is I will know how much damage I had order)

Soup based we order:
1) Silky porridge: Porridge is silky n super nice when the ingredient are put inside. It is like having a porridge.
2) Salted Duck Veg: when I first saw this happy with joy as hard to find this as a steamboat. One pierce of duck meat n the soup is tasty. A must to order.

Steamboat side dish we order:
 1) Clam- very fresh & they give quite a lot.
2) Mushroom Combination-Normal
3) Mariated chicken- very seasoning & fresh
4) Pork Liver- A must to order, not smelly n not hard.
5)Kurobuta Pork- A must to order

As a member of Jumbo I was entitle for a free Fish skin. I don't eat fish skin but only at Jpot I eat as it is super crispy & delicious.

Dipping sauce- Wonderful especially the chilli sauce, peanut sauce. Love all the sauce.

Drink- $3.80 free flow

Friends had recommend this Japanese Ramen.
Member of Jumbo cannot earn points or get any discount although it is open by Jumbo group. When I reached, I was quite shocked to see such a long queue. But service is good and fast.

Service - Offer guest drink while waiting.
Moridakusan Ramen(All-in)- Big portion, soup base has a strong pork taste. Love the ramen chewy. Meat is not fatty which I like.
Cheesy Ramen- A new promotion dish. Curry taste is strong if more cheese is added is more best.
Spicy Yuzu ramen- Just nice but for those who like to eat super spicy it is still not spicy enough.
Yuzu Drink- very tasty drink strong of Yuze. A must to order.
lime Juice- Normal

Will go back to try creamy black sesame ramen as it is out of stock that night.
