Beef Sukiyaki OK Dec 28, 2011
Categories : Japanese | Sushi/Sashimi | Kids-Friendly

Ordered a Sukiyaki with sliced beef, beancurd and vegetable cooked with sweet soy-base soup and it comes with an egg. This set costs $15. Their beef slices taste delicious. With the lightly blanched in the savoury sukiyaki soup, the rich beef meat taste and the lightly mixed soup make the whole dish superb.

Their peanut ice cream is their signature. The crunchy peanuts with the cold and chill mixed ice cream are simply heavenly! You can purchase their ice cream at in front Takashimaya, which is near the traffic light.
This is the best dessert to consume at any time and the price is very reasonable which costs $1 per cup.

Crispy Bringal Smile Dec 28, 2011

ordered a Crispy Fish skin served with fragrant binjal that costs $13.
The bringal is simply crispy in the outer layer and soft in the inter layer which makes it very crunchy to be consumed.

The place is very spacious and the waiters and waitress provides very good service with a friendly, courteous and approachable behavior.

I believe the pricing of the food is above the average price of a hawker centre.

WAN CHAI HK Cafe Smile Dec 26, 2011

Baked scallop, salmon and asparagus rice with cheese $10
I don’t quite enjoy their salmon fish as it produces some fishy smell which doesn’t look and taste appealing to me. I still prefer the pork chop baked rice more.

Prawn paste chicken X3 pieces $5.50
The smell of the prawn paste chicken and the crispy and sizzling hot of the chicken with the smoke immersed in to your eyes and nose with every bite of the crispy and yummy chicken. This is simply heaven.

Ice hongkong Yuan Yang $3 with a vanilla ice cream on top.
The cold version would be topped with ice cream, although it was not mentioned in the menu. With the bitter and sweet taste of the drink and the ice cream respectively, it makes the whole drink addictive!

Spare ribs with black beans $6.50
The rice is very fragrant with the meat gravy with it. With each / baked rice ordered, there will be a complimentary of a daily soup served.

Hk baked pork chop rice $8.50
The pork chop is boneless which makes it very convenient to consume.
The cheese is melted on top of the rice, and some parts of it are crispy.
Very simple and nice to consume.
