White Vegetarian Bee Hoon has always been a No No for me as it always give me the impression that it's tasteless. It changed my opinion after i had the vegetarian bee hoon from this stall. When I almost complete eating the whole pack, I blurt out '$3.00 for this pack of vegetarian bee hoon is a rare find, delicious and it reali make me change my opinion of .....' and before I can finish my sentence, my brother said : Jie, it's only $2.00. What?! $2 bucks for a big pack bee hoon with cabbage, char siew and crispy fried goose. The char siew here does not have a 'floury' taste which "inked" a reminder to you that hey, u r eating gluten!

These has always been my favourite bread from Delifrance and seems like it's rather difficult to locate a Delifrance cafe these days. There used to be many outlets island wide especially in the heartlanfd area.I chanced upon an outlet in KK Hospital the other day and decided to try my luck to see if they still sell my favourite bread. To my surprise...yup yup! It still taste so yummy.. juz like years ago but seems like it shrink in size.

Having stayed in festive hotel for a nite, we decided to settle our lunch in Sentosa b4 we leave the place... and to celebrate Aunty Margaret's B-day. Expensive for a reason...Cuz it's filled with truffle. Yes, it's unique and every sip of the broth contains essences of truffle. Fresh and sweet! Delightful!!! Chili Crab Xiao Long Bao which is onli available during National Day period.These sauce are different from the suan ni bai rou sauce from other places. It's thicker and more flavourful! Great as a dipping sauce for fried food as well!

All I can say is that the nasi lemak here is among my top 3 "favourite nasi lemak" listing. I dun reali have high expectations of nasi lemak but at least muz meet my min requirements. Ever come across yucky nasi lemak which turns u off without having to finish your meal.This is great! Rice grains are well cook, not too fry nor soggy, the lemak (coconut milk) is added juz nice, not too strong nor too mild. And the chicken wing is "FANTASTIC". Crispy outer skin with tender meat where juice runs down after a bite. Well, I guess the 1 which I had was freshly deep fried. Oh ya, the batter skin is well seasoned with spices and mild turmeric taste which lingers in your mouth after a sinful bite.

Last but not least, how can a nasi lemak do without chili sauce.
The sambal chili is POWER... unlike the chili paste from most Malay's vendors (which has a "fresh green taste", which taste like not being well cooked) kindly rest assure that it totally doesn't taste that way. Wow...that's my ideal sambal chili!

Managed to step into this cafe 15mins b4 they close for the nite. I'm in need of caffeine to keep me awake. The place looks cosy and the dessert looks tempting. The cafe is packed with people even when it's near closing time. we were lucky we managed to get a table without reservations.

I most impressed by their great service. We were warmly greeted by the service crew, being led to our seats, well recommendation and specific introduction of the place and desserts. It's very to find such great friendly service in Singapore nowadays. Will definitely come back for more, be it for food or for good service! lolz...
Best of the best, also 1 of my fav heavy cake~ golden carrot cake with cream cheese. It's very well made with lots of raisins and walnuts. Thumb's up!Hot pipping waffle, crispy on the outside moist and fluffy inside. Nice...5 different flavours of ice-cream available and we chose cheesecake flavour. Taste very 'cheesecake' , juz like frozen newyork cheesecake! lolz...My 'opium'......Love the deco here. It's so cosy where i dun mind spending a lazy afternoon here, too bad they close early otherwise i can relax and enjoy another coffee. What caught my attention is the beautiful tealight candle holder on every table. So beautiful and romantic...Nice lightings...As Easter are round the corner, they wimbly lu sells bunny shape and easter eggs shaped chocolates. Cool!The signboard where u wiall never miss!
