Delifrance Smile Mar 24, 2012

Had my Ciabatta chicken sandwich at Delifrance again. However, this time was at the OUB branch instead of IMM. Compared to IMM, this branch is smaller and one cannot easily find seats during meal time. Given that there are other cafes nearby, this place is also quite noisy, and hence, not a good place if you wanna relax in the cafe. Nevertheless, the sandwich tastes as good. smile

Yummy Cream Puff Smile Mar 21, 2012

Love this strawberry cream puff from Beard Papa. It simply melts in your mouth. Super fresh and yummy! Though it is relatively more expensive than those from other bakeries, I feel that it is worth paying more for it. For those who wanna try it, do note that it is best to be eaten when it is chilled. smile

Dome Smile Mar 17, 2012

Caesar Salad with smoked salmon has always been one of my favourite selections of salads. Glad that the Caesar Salad from Dome is kinda up to standard - fresh vegetables and salmon with generous serving of dressing and bacon. smile

Though the restaurant doesn't seem very crowded, we gotta wait quite long for our food and drinks to be served. Hence, visit this place only if you can afford to wait.

Yummy Pastries Smile Mar 17, 2012

A famous bakery from Malaysia which sells delicious Egg tart ($1.20), chicken pie ($1.50) and baked char siew bao ($1.50). Despite being located in RWS, which is a place where most tourists will visit, the pastries are reasonably priced. smile

Though most people prefer the egg tart (as most of them are queueing for the egg tart), I prefer the baked char siew bao. The pastry simply just melts in your mouth! Super yummy!

Black Pig Katsu Don Smile Mar 17, 2012

Heard so many good reviews of the Katsu and hence, decided to try it. Yes, I can totally understand why many people like the Katsu as it is crispy, tender (the meat) and tasty. With an addition of an egg, the Katsu don is simply delicious!

However, I find that the food is relatively quite expensive, especially given the fact that it is a self-service restaurant which doesn't even serve plain water.
