Despite fierce competition from competitor, Golden Shoe Nasi Lemak has its own supporters who feel the nasi lemak at International is overrated and the queue is too long. A plate of nasi lemak which costs $2.50 comes with ikan bilis, a fried egg and a fried chicken wing. Strongly scented with the irresistable fragrance of coconut milk, every grain of rice is extraordinarily flavorful and combines impressively with the savory sambal tumis chilli paste. The fried chicken is crispy and tasty.

KFC at west mall OK Jul 04, 2012

KFC is one of the biggest fast food chain restaurants, it is what we love to eat during school days, young age and friend’s gathering after school. Ordered and take-away for dinner, chicken: the chicken is juicy and the skin is not too thick, the sauce is a bit spicy with pepper, the chicken is smooth too. I love the cheesy fries, it is a bit expensive for a top of $1.40 and compare to before. But the warm cheese is sizzling throughout.
It is a wise and good fast food choice.

Japanese Sweets & Coffee  OK Jul 04, 2012

Thought the desserts are awesome & the service is pretty good especially the outlet @ LOT1. That’s why I even joined their member because I thought it was value for money for its cheap and good desserts and pleasant service. So I thought when I saw that Raffles City Shopping Centre opened a branch, I wanted to try it out.
Order a matcha softee and a chocolate soft-serve. It is lovely; the food is very presentable and nice, not too sweet for my liking. Although wasn’t happy with the service, but it worth a try going to this stall, good for friends’ gathering

Riverside - Indonesian Styled OK Jul 04, 2012

Food: I ordered a fish set. The fish set came with rice and chilli, but no vegetables. Veg costs 80cts more. Strange – I thought vegetable is always a complimentary side, must as HPB to intervene with their eat more veg drive! Rice was covered in a coconut - spice sauce, rice yellow colour. The chicken was tasty, probably fresh and BBQed to a crisp with their kecap sauce coating it. The sauce in the other set was also delicious, crunchy and fresh but the fish piece was a let down. Prepared using a medium grade Dory from Vietnam, it wasn't tasty.

Klang bestie - in singapore OK Jul 04, 2012

If you love malaysian style bak kut teh, there's no other place except this. It's not perfectly nice as we thought, but at least it's nicer than the pepper version. The rest of the items are pretty standard, like the salted veg, Tau pok and the peanuts. I personally like the braised sweet intestine. It is soft and tender. Casting all health notions aside, I chomped away at the delightfully tender pieces but luckily the fats and meat were well proportioned. The broth was savory and spicy.
