One of Singapore's luxe hotel, the Ritz Carlton's Greenhouse restaurant boasts of a lovely dinner buffet that features a mix of international dishes from steak, hock seng fish, oysters, baked scallops, sashimi and many more...With warm and cosy décor and lighting, the spread looks especially tempting...The service was tops, with servers clearing your used plates swiftly and politely re-filling ice waters when they see that your glass is half drunk....

And I'm fortunate to dine in at Ritz Carlton's Greenhouse restaurant on my Birthday with my Loved one... lol

Blanco court prawn mee owns the whole shophouse...It is located along Beach Road and near Haji Lane...

After watching the "Noodles Vs Noodles" at channel 8, we drop by to had a try...

Tempted to order the 3 in 1 noodle...In the end, we decided to order the soup & dry version prawn noodle

Both the soup and dry versions of the Prawn Mee is delicious, the most important feature other than the prawn being fresh will be the soup...The soup has a rich flavor and is very tasty!! As you can drink the soup guilelessly...

Thumb up!! Oh my god!! I miss the soup!!

老伴豆花

老伴豆花

老伴豆花

In the past, If you ever step into Old Airport Road Hawker Centre, 老伴豆花 is a must try...

Now, everywhere is 老伴豆花...but then as usual, there always long queue...

The beancurd looks so ordinary, plain. But well, looks can be deceiving! This beancurd is so soft, smooth, silky and looks like a jelly pudding...And unlike the normal beancurd (Tau Huay) that most Singaporeans are familiar with, this does not comes with sweet syrup. In terms of taste and melt in the mouth sensation, theirs is unbeatable...

At $1.50, this is a relatively cheap dessert!!! lol

The Famous Yong Dou Fu Smile Apr 07, 2013

Die hard fan of me, my favorite store at Chinatown!! A must-try Yong Tau Foo in Singapore...

With no fancy signboard or delicious picture around but then the stall pack with queues especially during lunch times...
Without Noodles, just simple portions, the broth is lightly sweet tasting & of cos the ingredient quite tasty, especially their beancurd base items are really tangy and tasty...

chopsticklol
