Hearty Italian bread, my one and only favourite. With cheese and toasted = shiok!

Healthy to the max. Lots of vegetables and can always ask for more vegetables.

I like their $5 promotion, I think it's worth a healthy bread meal with a drink. I usually go for sweet onion / honey mustard / mayo as my sauces!

Very fragrant and easy to eat noodles.

Flavourful and slightly salty though.

I love the cheese with egg noodles. The cheese was super stretchy and the mayo went so well with it!

It’s the mixture of all the sauces that made the noodles very appetising.

Crispy fried fish with baked potato and mac and cheese, $9.50. Very big fish, worth the money!

Chargrill chicken with french fries and garden veggie, $8.90. The chicken happened to be a little hard but still considered alright to me. French fries never go wrong and garden veggie's juicy!

Grill fish with herb with corn on the cob and garden veggie, $9.50. Corn is super duper sweet!!!!!!!!

Hickory BBQ chicken with onion rings and mashed potato, $8.90. Onion rings make good company with chicken.

Baker & Cook Bread Heaven Smile May 22, 2013

Baker & Cook is Singapore’s only true artisan bakery & foodstore. Pretty lightings, small cozy area and a wide range of breads for bread lovers. Simple word menu. Short and sweet, unlike those thick booklets with many pictures and a whole chunk of flowery words to read from.

$5; The lemon tart is very refreshing.

$13; Salmon tartine. The portion is just right, the salmon is a lot and the bread and garlic underneath it just goes so well together. MUST TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kungfu! OK May 20, 2013

Mushroom salad (6/10), mushrooms were TOO SALTY and had no mushroomy feel at all. Waffles and ice cream (7.5/10) = very presentable and the most edible dessert for tonight! Desserts don't usually go wrong especially when there's ice cream involved.

Custard buns to melt in the mouth (7.5/10). I love to see those yellow paste ooze out AND I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED MORE. It's a heavenly snack! I'm thankful the custards are hot enough.

The overall was quite a vibrant environment and I had no idea why the waiting time to be served takes pretty long. Service wasn't so good.
