The decor of Poulet is really nice, it gives a classy feel and the food is not that expensive. The tables are quite small though. I ordered the pork belly which may not be the smartest choice (should've ordered their signature chicken). It comes with some mash potato. I say some because as you can see, the portion is miserable. It's like they scoop some mash potato on the back of a spoon and spread it thinly across the plate. The pork lacked flavour and didn't have that melt in your mouth texture that pork belly should have. Go for the chicken if you're planning to eat here.

I couldn't resist ordering the Heart Attack Fried Rice when I read the name. It's so cute and catchy! It consists of slices of thick beef cooked to medium-well with some sticky black fried rice and pair with a really awesome sauce. The beef was slightly tough but still tastes good and the rice is very nice! I don't know what they coated it with but it's super fragrant and has a sticky texture to it. Order this to share as it is quite big. I think it should be enough for 2 girls or one very hungry guy.

First thing you notice when you step into Lime is the ambiance. It's very ZEN like and soothing. The staffs are very friendly (notice they wear cute sneakers instead of serious work shoes) and we felt very welcome. There wasn't much of a crowd during lunch time on a weekday so it's a great place for a relaxing lunch. I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich and it was delicious! They used Gruyère cheese which isn't too strong and melts it over the whole sandwich which has ham in it. Their fries are thick-cut style which I like and overall, a very satisfying meal.

This place has to have one of the weirdest layout for a restaurant. Tables are lined outside the actual "restaurant shop" and inside the air-conditioned area, there are only place for a few tables. The rest of the space is for a large bar area. Not exactly very cozy and it is not easy to find (behind the church at waterloo). I tried the crusted salmon pasta and it was average. The salmon was alright but the pasta wasn't very flavorsome and pretty oily. Not recommended.

I'm never a big fan of fried chicken (although there will be that occasional craving for KFC) and the 4 fingers chicken is only okay to my standard. I won't have any mad cravings for it although the soy garlic ones tastes pretty good. If you like fried chicken with hard skins rather than crispy skins, this will be the place for you. Do expect a very long queue especially during lunch and dinner time.
