Group therapy is a small cafe specialises in all day breakfast, desserts and coffee! Poached eggs on thick toast, salmon and hollandaise sauce.

I ordered this All day breakfast item which is like a typical egg benedict dish. Its poached eggs are cooked to perfection, soft and runny. When eaten with the toast, salmon, drenched with the hollandaise sauce, it is extremely delicious!

Although this dish is relatively simple, to be able to execute this dish well requires a great deal of skill and technique. Overall, this is a great dish and I would come back to try their dishes again!

This is my first time at Group Therapy! It is a small cafe located at 49 Duxton Road, along the stretch of many shophouses.

The place has a really great ambeience, comfy and great for small group gatherings (2-4pax). However it is quite crowded as i went there during dinner time. 

Service wise, once you entered the cafe, you will be ushered by the waiter to the seats and you will be given the menu. it is a self service cafe whereby you have to place the orders at the cashier and once your food is ready, it will be served to you.

Looking at the menu, it serves a wide variety of food such as all day breakfast, waffles, sandwiches, mains (Pasta) and drinks too. Ice cream waffle with chocolate sauce. 
It is a belgium waffle served with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruits (bananas. strawberries) and chocolate sauce. The waffle is made to order hence it was served warm to us  
The waffle is crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. It is a bit sweet due to batter. When eaten with the ice cream, it is indeed a great combination of cold and warm feel. 

Overall, this is a great cafe for catch up session and desserts! 

Prima Deli is a bakery which specialises in cakes, bread and of course waffles! 

Their waffles are made to order and always served warm to you. Unlike some bakeries which made the waffles ahead of time, although you may not need to wait for the waffle, most of the time, the waffle had turned cold.
To me, i believe in waiting for the food to be prepared on the spot and i dont mind waiting for few minutes to enjoy warm piping waffle! I ordered a plain waffle without any toppings. I prefer my waffle to be plain as i would love to try the original taste first without being overwhelmed by the toppings eg; peanut butter/ chocolate. For me, something is considered nice only if when eaten plain, it tastes great and do not require any toppings to make it good. 

The waffle is soft and more of 'cakey'. It is thinner and less dense than the typical bakery waffle. It is not as crispy but is moist on the inside. 

Overall, the waffle tastes great. 

Its been long since i had KFC! Decided to order a takeaway, Crispy drumstick and thigh. 
Kfc has original and crispy (spicy) chicken, i usually order crispy chicken as i love the spicyness and crisy skin! I feel that the original recipe was quite bland though so i will always choose Crispy chicken! 

Kfc serves really decent chicken, when served warm, the meat is really tender and soft. The skin is crispy and the chili is sweet spicy. Besides i love the marinated recipe of the chicken! 

Other than kfc, Tender chicken and popyes do serve decent fried chicken too!  

Maccha house is a really pretty restaurant located at the basement of Orchard Central. It specialise in maccha green tea and also do serve simple japanese dishes too! They do have some promotional lunch offers during lunch time, so you may check their food during lunch period for some cheap great deals!

I ordered the iced maccha latte float at around $5. I have to admit it is definitely the best iced maccha drink i ever had! The iced green tea is fragrant and i love the taste of the strong tea essence. Also, their green tea ice cream has a rich green tea flavour too, unlike other shops which claim to sell green tea ice cream but is milky and only have a slight hint of green tea flavour :/  

Overall, i will definitely frequent this restaurant again as they serve really great maccha drinks
