BBF! Smile Nov 24, 2013

Beer batter fish & chips I had from Far East Plaza tasted absolutely delicious. The fish used was fresh and fried deeply into a golden brown color. The portion was quite generous and filling. The snack bag priced at $4.80 had quite a number of bite size fish fillet in it. The fish fillets and fries had a good coating of batter on it. It was quite filling and cannot be looked as just a snacking item.

Laksa OK Nov 24, 2013   (Related Review)

The Laksa is well presented and looks appealing and attractive. I found the taste to be normal but it is quite too spicy for my taste. It will be apt for people who like to have spicy food items. The soup is thick and creamy and has a tofu, fish balls and fish cakes added to it. I can turn out to be the best option for those of them who like to have a really hot and spicy flavor. It can taste better when warm.

One of my friends recommended that I try having Black Spicy Torikotsu Ramen Special. The ramen was really good and came with a delicious soup, egg yolk and nice pieces of pork char siew. The soup was thick and rich. It tasted authentic and perfect that you would want to drink every drop of it. The noodles were good too as they were chewy. It also comes with unlimited free eggs and bean sprouts. Price at $14 per bowl, it was excellent in taste.

Fried Kway Teow Smile Nov 22, 2013

I went there with the intention of getting Kway Teow at a peak hour and had to get through the long queue but once I had it, I felt it is worth the wait. The fried kway teow was very fragrant and it turned out to be very smooth as well. However, it was a bit oily. Proper amount of black sauce was used for cooking the dish and it was not too sweet. The dish was available at a cost of $3 and it is worth it.

I heard from my friend that food at Kopitiam, which is at Compass point, is really good and started going there very often. It turned out to be one of my favorite places to dine and stop by here.Today I chose to have Fried Fish Soup Noodle. The soup was absolutely delicious and I loved its thick, creamy soup base that appears to be sweet and tasty. The fried fish is bigger in portion and was fresh too. Will come back again smile
