An ice-cream place is still an ice-cream place. Nothing more.

Swensen is excellent in their ice-cream but average on the other foods.

The Yoghurt is normal. Nice and re-freshing but forgettable.

The clam chowder is better especially when it is serve is a bun. The clam chowder is tasy with cut carrots inside. But i dislike the shoggy bun.

I ordered the Shishamo but was disappointed as I have tasted better everywhere. The fish is not fresh and the fish roe is tasteless. Worst, the fish is moist!

Next was Chuka Kurage. It is so-so only as the topping is not as fresh again

Last for dessert, we followed the waitress recommendation on the Daifuku(S$4.99). It is cold muachi wrapped with Japanese ice cream inside. This is something very unusual. Most importantly, it taste very unique and nice. Highly recommended!

Wifey loves signature Pralet cake here so we always come here just for that. Good to try if it's your first time to Caffé Pralet. You will definitely enjoyed the slight crunch of the hazelnut praline base. She went gaga over the block of solid chocolate moose that is rich yet surprisingly light and smooth.

Main courses such as the The Bacon and Avocado Panini is pretty good. Healthy, light, generous filings. Only grouses are that this cosy cafe gets too cramp sometimes when there is a sudden influx of hungry people, not enough parking areas and service was a bit slow.

Was at TCC and was craving for a seafood lunch and went for the Shellfish Bisque Soup(S$19.50) and Skipper's Delight Pasta(S$13.90).

The soup is filled with fish and is too dense as an appetitizer. The soup thick and filling and by the time I finished the soup, I'm already half-full.

The pasta is, again, has her own gravy and fish. Even though the food is huge and fresh, it is too cremey and makes you sick of the entire meal.

In the end, I did not finish the pasta. DO not get me wrong, the food is nice but guess you have to choose the food wisely. =)

Swensens is famous for their wide variety of ice-crean sundaes.

Loves their Banana Split (I'm a serious banana fan) but ordered the Cookie Summit instead.

It is tall which comes with layers for Butterscotch ice-cream and cookies.
The combination is magicial. The sweet taste with the chrunchy feeling makes it unforgettable. However, I will advise to stay away from the cream on top of the layers
