The FoodI ordered the Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee. The noodles are cooked with lots of seafood stock and it was well-absorbed by the springy and smooth noodles. I find that the Hokkien Mee can taste even better if the stock is richer, thicker and more flavourful and includes more Lard. If you like your Hokkien Mee wet, you will definitely enjoy this.
