There is a few stalls selling fried carrot cake and I chose this stall over the others.Initially after I ordered and got my plate of fried carrot cake, I regret choosing this stall because the auntie wasn't very friendly. The service is not very good and when the food is ready they simply left it above the utensils holder and I have to get it myself. My favourite carrot cake is the fried white carrot cake because it is fried till nice and golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. This carrot cake is fried till perfection and the egg is so crispy and this carrot cake is also not too oily. It is also very flavorful and tasty that makes me crave to have more of it. This is a must-try food in Singapore as it is very nice.

The black carrot unlike other stalls have a more fragrant dark sweet sauce flavour for their black carrot cake. The carrot cake is very moist, soft and easy to chew. The generous amount of beaten eggs added to it also added that extra nice crunchy flavour to the carrot cake as well. But do be careful if you cannot take very spicy food, do request for little bit of chilli if you want your carrot cake to be spicy as their chilli is extremely spicy.

I was craving for black carrot cake so I got myself a plate. It was very reasonably priced, $2.50 for quite a fairly large portion. The carrot cake is so soft and chewy. they added a lot of black sauce when they fried the carrot cake, it made the carrot cake very sweet and tasty. just the way I liked it. There were chunks of fried egg fried together with the carrot cake. Totally satisfied my craving.

This is one of the best Fried Kway Teow I have eaten in Singapore! It has all the essential ingredients to a great Fried Kway Teow like lard, fish cake, lap cheong, cockles and egg which is altogether sinful but oh so tasty and fragrant! Kept on going till it was swept clean from the plate!For $3, this is one great value must return-for-more and must-eat Fried Kway Teow in Singapore!!take-away back home and shard with my family.

My girlfriend suggested we share a place of fried oyster as our side dish. So I ordered the smallest portion. The lady told me that I will have to wait a while for them to prepare. But I guess the wait was worth it, although the portion was quite little, but the oysters were fat and juicy. you can taste the freshness of it. their chilli sauce is really good, a little spicy and sourish. As a whole it went well with the omelet. It was not too starchy as well. one of the nicer ones we have eaten.

Fried Kuay Teow is known to be a sinful food as it is very oily. I could not resist the temptation anymore so decided to get it for dinner. The kuay tiao was well-cooked but the serving is quite small. There were not a lot of ingredients in it. The cockles were quite fresh and did not have the bad smell. Quite a normal plate of noodles in my opinion.
