Passed by this bakery shop which I think is open for 24 hours! I had the oreo bread which was cheaply priced at $1. I thought it was quite special as I've never seen a mix of bread with oreo before. It tasted too sugary (too sweet) that it sort of masked the oreo flavour. The bun was quite soft though. 

Chocolate waffle $1.50The waffle was not fragrant but it tasted not bad. It takes about 5 minutes for the waffle to be ready. The chocolate spread looked dry and stale but when it was spread onto the freshly baked and hot waffle it tasted decent. If you live around the neighbourhood, you can get your supper fix here as it opens till late at night (or 24 hours).

My colleague has bought a box of these teo chew mooncakes to our office for us to try. The packaging is really traditional and simple, but you can really smell the fragrant of the pastry. It is rare that bread shops would open 24 hours, and in a neighborhood no less. But it is just the case with this particular shop. It is quite convenient, especially if i get hungry out of nowhere in the middle of the night. There's more option than the normal 7-11 or Mac. This bakery, besides selling bread and cakes also sells waffles and occasionally, curry puffs and baked tapicoa kueh. This is not the first time I am having its waffle, but that day, the smell of the waffle is so fragarent, it made me stop and buy one for my afternoon snack. At $0.90 only, you can get the good old plain waffles. I like having my waffles empty, without fillings, as I like to taste the waffle itself.
