It was my brother’s birthday and we got a cake from Breadtalk to celebrate. There had been new additions to their cake offerings and we had gotten the new flavours, the Salted Caramel Surprise cake. It was Mother's Day & since my mum is coming over sister's place for home-cooked feast, I asked my nephew if we need a cake. He replied yes & when I asked if he has money to buy a cake for his mum, he proudly show me his savings & offered to contribute a little. Bread talk never fail to make me always want to crave for their signature pork floss bread. Each piece of it is always coated with generous amount of sweet and fragrant pork floss on it. the mayonise sauce spread on it is also quite sweet and goes well with the pork floss. The bread is very soft and slight moist on the inside. Baked till really nice golden brown colour which make it looks really delicious.

This bun make not have the best appearance, but I can say it is quite delicious and you may just be like me would be craving for more after your first piece. The melted cheese topped on it are generous and fragrant, and with that sweet tender sausage in it, both the combination for this bun tastes delicious! The price is also quite reasonable since it is less than two dollars per bun and it is freshly make daily which we will have no doubt on its pure freshness of it. Try it and you will know
