I went to eat mixed vegetables for lunch. The variety of choices at this stall is quite broad. The waiting time is not really long and the servers uncle aunty are also quite friendly. I ordered fried meat, vegetables and tofu, which comes up to a total of less than $3. The fried meat is quite hard, tastes like it is overcooked. The vegetables are still okay, not too salty. The tofu would have been better if more sauce was added to it.

I am very tired after work, thinking having takeaway for dinner. At the coffeeshop, the mixed vegetable stall looks to be the fastest, so I decided to order from that stall. I selected fried egg, braised cabbage, stirred fried sotong to go with the plain rice. It costs $3.30 a pack. The sotong has quite a number of curry leaves with it and tasted average. The cabbage is not soft enough and no flavour. The worst is the fried egg who tastes bitter and burnt. Overall it also tasted too dry for me.

It is during lunch hours and the queue at this stall seems the fastest, so I went to queue at this stall. I ordered two dishes for takeaway, bittergourd fried with egg and spicy gong bao chicken. This cost me $2.30. The chicken is quite well fried as the chicken was nicely coated with the gong bao sauce. The only thing I found lacking was the spice as it is not spicy enough. Ordered a beehoon takeway with fried chicken wing and vegetables. Their beehoon was quite hard and dry - maybe due to me buying it at late night approx 10 plus . The chicken wing however was still quite okay maybe they fry it not too long ago. The crispyness still there when i bite it and the oil is still present as well . The vegetables is okay just that it is a little bit overcook.

The egg with bitter gourd are actually one of my favourite. The egg are quite a lot. The bitter gourd on the other hand might not be actually bitter but a little bit bland, to me. But nonetheless i still love to eat bitter gourd. The chicken are well marinated and cooked - it also absorbs the black soya sauce good enough. Further more it is also soft and easy to chew. Nice .

Brought a plate of the mixed rice as they have a wide variety of food to choose from. In the end, from the wide variety of food, I have chosen the sweet and sour pork, stir fried brinjal and the stir fried tofu. Firstly, the sweet and sour pork is coated with a thin layer of the sauce and the sweet and sour taste is not too strong. The pork is well cooked, has a silght crispy texture, soft and tender on the inside. As for the stir fried brinjal, seasoning wise not that sufficient as the brinjal

fried bihunThis stall has always been enjoying long queues in the mornings whether on a weekday or weekends. They sell the normal economic breakfast foods like fried bee hoon,fried mee,ngo hiang,otak, fish cakes fried cabbage etc..Taste here is good as well as pricing here is value for me.The noodles were good, not too oily or salty but tasty and filled my hunger.

This stall sometime will sell fried bihun.Suddenly craving for fried bihun.I especially like my mum's tom yum bihun.This fried bihun is not bad,not too oily too.And it is not over cooked.I order with extra 2 vege and it only cost $2.3.It is really cheap.The amount of the bihun and the vege is nice too.I like the bean sprout,it is simple and nice,but the green vege is quite oily.

Economic rice is a cheap, buy yet tasty meal. For just $2.80, you can get a chicken wing and fried lemon chicken and rice.I ordered a takeway which was packed in the box. The lemon chicken tasted good with the sauce, the sauce was not too sweet. Chicken wing was well roasted, the meat was soft and tender too. Nice overall. The aunty who served me was quite friendly as well. The stall had a wide variety of dishes to select from despite the dinner timing when I was there at 7 plus in the evening
