This stall is one of the more popular ones at Eastlink Food Court as there is always a queue each time I pass by. I saw that they were selling a new item on their menu which is the you mian with duck. I decided to try it as I wanted to eat something light. I have bought back a pack of duck noodles from this famous duck rice stall. The noodles are very chewy and the portion of the noodles are quite generous as well. The ingredients for the kway chap set includes braised meat, egg, tau pok, fish cake, pig's stomach and intestines. I liked the pig's stomach and intestines best. They are cleaned well as there will be a bad odour if the stomach and intestines were not properly handled before cooking.
