Bought the spicy pork ramen set from this Ajisen outlet today.  For merely $12.90 per set, I get to enjoy a bowl of ramen, and one side dish and a cup of cold ice tea.  Ramen was very chewy and not soggy, and the soup base is very thick, spicy and flavourful.  love the pork meat inside which is soft and tender as well.  As for the fried chicken wing, is juicy for the meat but abit dry and oily on the outer layer.  Green tea is cooling and refreshing.  The restaurant is cosy and comfortable, serv

Talking about the soup, it was heavenly thick and rich. I like Miso soup to go along with Ramen, their food was up to standard. Portion was okay, Crayfish was given generously huge. By now, I understand why my roommate so fancy about Ajisen. I am going to try their other food next round.

Order a spicy char siew ramen set for lunch together with scallops sushi and ice lemon tea. Ramen was tasty as the noodles was soft and smooth. Soup base was good and mixed well together with the chilli. Char siew is tasty as is soft and tender. Scallops sushi was just acceptable as is not well done as in wrapping it up and rice doesn't have much taste for it. Total spent for it is $13.90

Another one that I would recommend is Pork Shabu Tom Yam Ramen if you like tom yam flavor. I don't prefer the bento set here because ramens are nicer than the rice here. Unfortunately they don't have the omurice sets here which has always been my favorite besides the ramen. It is really worth to get the ramen set which start from $13.90. You can eat the ramen, drink (ice lemon tea/hot/ice green tea), and side dish which we can use from the menu.

The serving was pretty fast and we really enjoyed eating there. Will come again as a frequent visitor.

Happy Vesak holiday! I went to Ajisen for lunch today to catch up with my friend. We are at feasta located in JP2. So no choice, we did decided to stay! Browsing through the menu and we selected some food! One of it is the ala carte fried tofu! The tofu was tasteless but was sauce it was quite awesome!
Other than that, the small pieces of seaweed helps to improve on the overall appearance. Nice food!
The price of the food costs $3.90 each, well the portion was small. There is only 2 pieces of fried tofu on one plate! But i think it is just right cause we will get sick of fried food if we ate too much of it.

OMG, the portion was damn huge. (LOOK AT THE PIC) at the price $8.90 this is really worth! The taste of their hot plate chicken was wonderful. The only thing that i didn't try was the vegetable. I ordered the Gyoza Set Meal from Ajisen's anniversary special section. the meal comprises of 10 pieces of gyozas, white japanese rice, miso soup and two pieces of fried chicken. the gyoza is pretty small in size however it was very juicy. it goes well with the vinegar dip they provided. i like the skin of the gyoza, it was very chewy yet does not stick to the teeth. the fried chicken taste very juicy too, not oily at all.

Ajisen Ramen is still selling it's Anniversary special, which is the cheapest bowl of ramen on their menu and in my opinion the greatest bang per buck: their Aso Ramen. A bowl costs about $8 after adding GST and service charge. Aso ramen contains a few slices of char siu, served together with hard boiled egg, copious amounts of bean sprouts, seaweed and chives. They are served together in a bowl of ajisen's signature chewy and springy ramen noodles and hearty pork broth soup. I like that a bowl

I like that a bowl of ajisen ramen is decent quality ramen, with fresh ingredients and a soup base that is not excessively oily or salty. The service staff here is also rather prompt and friendly. As ajisen ramen is separated from the other parts of the food court, diners are more insulated from the noise and chaos especially during rush hour, meal times outside in the main food court.

I will recommend you to go to Ajisen if you wanna have Japanese Ramen which is value for money. The Ramen sets which include Ramen, side dish and drink, range from $12 to $14.90. i went to ajisen for lunch. I ordered their set meal which includes a ramen, a drink and a side dish. for my ramen, I opted for their pork curry ramen, their ramen is really good, the curry is not too thick and heavy.

My friend and I decided to have Ajisen Ramen for dinner since she has the membership to this restaurant that will entitle us to a 10% discount off our total bill. The Chuka Hotate was tasty too, not too salty nor too bland.

The gravy they added to the ramen was just right, it was not too little till the noodles were too dry. The gravy itself was very tasty and mouth watering. The teriyaki chicken was very tender and juicy. The ramen was very springy. I like the cuttlefish a lot! It was deep fried till very crispy. The batter coating it was very fragrant!

And it went so well with the vinegar. The noodles in the ramen were so springy. It was worth the meal.

Volcano Ramen
My favorite would be the volcano ramen. Although it was suppose to be a 3 chili ramen, it wasn't too spicy. I normally go for the spicy cha shu ramen (2 chili) so this time round, I decided to go for adventure. The volcano is only slightly spicier than the spicy cha shu....faint hearted can easily consume.

clayfish ramen
i thought the soup was going to taste very sour due to the ramen, however it tasted anything but sour. the clayfish gave it a really tasty taste, the gravy did give is some sweetness. as a whole, the noodles was the hero of the day, qq and springy!
