Had my lunch with my friend at this Bali Thai on this afternoon. This time we tried their few types of main course dish, which we had the lemon fried chicken and also the stir fried beef. Restaurant was very cosy and comfortable, service was alright but could have been better if they can smell more and greet more. Portion served for both dishes are quite little and not filling at all. lemon chicken was not sour enough and the meat was quite dry as well. The beef meat was tender and juicy and

The beef meat was tender and juicy and the peppery flavour make it quite delicious. Plain rice was dry and hard. Paid around $25 for both which was quite expensive.

Here at Bali Thai has one of the best tahur telok in town. The deep fried egg crust coated on it is really crispy and not too oily. The beancurd in it is very smooth and soft, which blend it well with the egg crust. The sweet dark sauce is very tasty which great for dipping the beancurd. Presentation also quite likeable as well, which be either eat as a main course itself or go alone with other dishes as side dishes are equally suitable.

This thai restaurant is very spacious and the decoration here simply but really cosy. I like a few dishes here which includes their pineapple fried rice, stir fry kang kang and tom yum soup. I normally would buy a plate of plain rice to eat with this soup and it is best taste it when it is piping hot.

Decided to dine here with my friend. After reading the menu, we decided to ordered Tom Yam Seafood, Tau Hu and chicken. Tom Yum Seafood was their version of the oh-so-famous tom yum seafood soup. This is the clear version and it came packed with seafood. I mean it was literally bursting with ingredients like squid, fish, mussels, prawns and scallop. Its definitely strong in terms of taste and moderately spicy but if I'm not mistaken, still milder then the actual tom yum soup in Thailand. The ta

Its definitely strong in terms of taste and moderately spicy but if I'm not mistaken, still milder then the actual tom yum soup in Thailand. The tau hu was overly hard at places but managed to remain acceptable mostly due to yet another excellently fragrant sauce. Its just the normal sauce with a little chili but it really makes this average dish taste better then it really is. As for the chicken, it a bit disappointed. The chicken was overdone which resulted in tough and dry meat but the overal was still nicely fragrant. Overall, the food was average.

Another place which I love to go to when I have cravings for Thai food is none other than the Bali Thai Restaurant. The staff are really friendly and they serve a great variety of Thai food. I like the Spicy Seafood Soup as when consumed even with plain rice would make a great meal! Their fried rice is very tasty too! Thumbs up for Bali Thai!

Bali Thai is a restaurant served both indonesian and Thai Crusine. My sis and i had lunch on one of the weekday afternoon, not too crowed that day, we waited about 10-15 mins for meals to be served. Thai food is always my favourite especially The Tom Yum Seafood Soup. It is served in a claypot with a candle beneath to keep the soup warm. Overall i think the food are tasty, price are affordable and reasonable.

Just for the two of us, we decided to try something to compare with Thai Accent.
We ordered Tom Yam Soup, Green Curry, Phad Thai and Red Ruby. Pretty much what we will order in Thai Accent.

The Tom Yam is definitely not as good as Thai Accent. It is comes in thick base and not as spicy and sour as Thai Accent. Bu the seafood is still fresh and good.

The Green Curry is somehow a little better than Thai Accent because of the more fragrant gravy. Also, it has more filling than Thai Accent.

The Phad Thai is good and tasty. Cooked with sufficient spice, it makes the entire meal appetitizing. Most importantly, Phad Thai is also good for health.

Red Ruby is lousy. Comparing this with the Red Ruby from Siam Kitchen, this is way out of the way. The "Rubies" are cold and hard, like just being taken out of the freezer. The base is cremey and sweet. So-so only.
