The ban mian stall at koufu is one of my favorite stall as recently my friends and i need to rush on our report and thus, recently we had our lunch or dinner very often at Koufu as this is the nearest canteen from our lab. I like the soup served from the stall as the soup had a just nice level of sweetness. I had ordered the dumplings noodle. I like the dumpling served with the ginger and vinegar. It tasted very NICE!!Will definitely order this dish again and again..

the ban mian stall at koufu is almost one of the stalls that i often patronise, because i love their soup broth which is quite tasty. the noodle is springy and chewy, cooked till just nice would not be too soggy. i prefer to order their you mian or dumpling mee, the dumpling is very nice to eat together with the vinegar and ginger stripes. there are also fried anchovies and fried shallot on top that added some flavour and crunchines to the noodle.

Today I went to koufu for lunch with my friends. It was quite early, about 11am which is why we managed to find some seats quite easily. I ordered the U-mian from Ban Mian stall. There was quite a long queue and the auntie was a little impatient, however, I have used to her character, so I made my order without a second thought so that she won't have to wait for too long. Wow, its dumpling noodle for my lunch today! I missed it a lot after almost 2 weeks never been eating in Koufu since school reopens because it is so crowded that we afraid of having lunch here, especially during lunch time, 12pm! That day we were quite early for our lunch, about 11 something, so we stiil managed to find some empty seats. I still prefer you mian dumpling soup than dry one.

Went to Koufu for lunch with classmate. I had ordered the QQ ramen from the Ban MIan stall at Koufu. This was my first time ever ordered the QQ ramen and it would be the last time also.Although the QQ ramen tasted nice but I prefer the dried dumpling noodle more. I ordered this with U-mian. I prefer U-Mian than Ban-Mian which is a thicker noodle compared to the U-Mian. The sauce is acceptable. I love the spiced corned egg a lot! It taste really nice, not too salty and it has no bitter taste of the black sauce like any other stall i have eaten before. However, one thing that I am not so satisfied about was the fried Wan-tan. It is not crispy at all and it has really not noticeable portion of meat in it!

You mianthe noodle stall in my school NYP is quite popular, and i would say that the standard is quite high too. there are you mian, ban mian, tomyum noodle, dumpling noodle, fish soup noodle and fish porridge. the soup is quite fresh and sweet and tasty so everytime i want to have noodle i will consider this stall first. The noodle is springy and nice, not too soggy. There are anchovies and fried red onion that make the bowl of noodle nicer.

It was lunch time after school and me and my friends decided to go koufu to have our meal...It was very crowded in there and long queue for almost every stalls..so I decided to order at Ban Mian stall because it is the fastest among all. I like the soup because it has strong taste with minced pork and I always love the added of fried dried anchovies and onion that make it taste really nice.

After long hour sitting in the air-conditioned lab, just want to have something hot for lunch to make the body feel warmer..So, decided let's have a bowl of hot dumpling noodles! And yep! It was the right choice to make because the soup is really boiling and superb hot that although the noodles are a bit hard and not fully cooked, I only have to wait for a few minutes before start eating. It turns out that it was worth waiting because the timing is just nice to make the noodles not overly cooked

This store is located at Kaki Bukit Ave 1 in Koufu food court.Today, I order the yu mee (thin noodles) for lunch. This bowl of Noodles is the best Ban Mian I have ever eaten. It is cheap and good. It contains of Pork minced meat, ikan bilis, vegetables, seaweeds, spring onions and eggs-you can have a choice of egg or without egg. I like the most is the ikan bilis which is big and crispy and U mee is very tender and the soup is very tasty and not salty at all.The price is $2.80 per bowl.

I always come to order this if I was in school because it is very easy to eat. With a few spoon of minced meat and plenty of very with the small dry fishes. They created an unique taste yet once you eat it, you would want to have it the second time. In every bowl the auntie would add in 1 not yet boil egg too. So I always leave the egg last so that when it's cooked, I would be able to eat it. I don't like it when the egg is totally uncooked and still cold. Yuck! So, for me, I definitely vote a 4

This is my favourite food every time i go downstairs and eat. This noodle has got the same material as the min hoon kueh and Ban Mian. This few days, i was sick so i decided to go for something tasted gentle for the sake of my health.I ate the ban mian as lunch at koufu. The ban mian tasted nice and the soup was sweet. My friends had scolded me for never stop the aunty to put in the fried shallots and anchovies as topping. So, st last my fried shallots and anchovies of the ban mian had became the food of my friends.

There were fried shallots and anchovies as topping. One egg, chicken meat and some veggies were added to cook together with the noodles. I like the soup. the you mian taste alrite, served hot and noodles were just nice (not hard not soft). You mian is nice for me coz i prefer thin noodle.
