After having all my main course, I still felt really hungry. I walked over to this stall and the food looks alright, not that bad. I order fried oyster omelet and after trying out their oyster omelet, the fried kway teow looks tempting so I ordered another plate.Starting with the Oyster Omelet, I would rate it good because the oyster are mid-range size and they're pretty generous with the oyster. Starting with the Oyster Omelet, I would rate it good because the oyster are mid-range size and they're pretty generous with the oyster. Not really very oily and the eggs are more than the starch hence it's not only eating flour.

Ended with Fried Kway Teow, I would say it's not bad but it can be better. This plate of noodles pretty oily and also, the cockles ain't big in size and probably, I would say it's pretty tasteless. ):

The service of the staff are really good, they're pretty efficient!

This stall, apparently, has no name but it presents and prides itself with char kway teow, fried oysters, and fried carrot cake. That's what they're selling as well!i went there pretty late and it was one of the few stalls left that were opened. We ordered a plate of $6 and it was quite a small portion, but almost half of the hawker center actually ordered from this stall as well so I believe it's quite a popular stall... and truly it's very delicious! Brought a plate of the fried oyster as there were several customer queuing for this stall. The oyster used is quite fresh, large and juicy. As for the starch mixture, not too much of the is added and is well mixed with the egg mixture. The starch and egg mixture is well combined and seasoned, not too salty. Some part of the mixture has a crispy texture, and also has a slight burned on some of the egg. Portion wise is a bit less than expected.

first impression when i saw the food, oh my god, super oily. the kway teow was almost submerged in a layer of oil. although the kway teow looked like cooked in a lot of sauces, somehow the taste was a little blend. i was also expecting some "wok hei" because the food smell so good when uncle was frying it but i can hardly taste anything but the oiliness

I ate this stall some time ago and it tasted very good as the kway teow was moist. So I bought it ago and the taste is not as tasty as before. Not sure if it is due to the chef is different from the last time or not...nevertheless, it think it is still acceptable.
