I went to the Clementi Hong Kong Street Cze Cha again, wanting to try their other non-fish menu.This time I ordered Black Bean sauce Beef Hor Fun.The dish came and the apperance looked good. The black bean sauce was salty and you can taste the black beans.The Hor Fun was fried with heavy "Wok" taste and smell.The beef meat was tenderised until quite tender to eat without the baking soda taste.

Since this Cze Cha was quite popular, I went back to try their other menu.Since almost everyone was ordering fish related menu, such as fish head bee hoon, fish slice hor fun, stir fried fish with Gai Lan. I decided to order something different, Mee Goreng.The dish came to my table with a surprise. This Cze Cha stall in Clementi was very popular among the residents there. The queue was very long once I reached there in the evening. Queueing time was more than thirty minutes!I ordered San Lou fish slice hor fun. The hor fun had many "Wok" smell and was also springy.The bean spourt was very generous, giving the overall taste spingy and crunchy.The fish slices were also fresh and smooth, though I hope they can giving more fish slices.

Had the curry fish head and frankly I think the gravy is not bad but the fish was not as fresh and tasty as I had hope it to be. Doesn't really stand out much for me. This is so normal it is sad. We went to Hong Kong Street (Sin Rong) stall in Clementi for lunch. I ordered the seafood bee hoon with gravy which costs $5. The bee hoon and seafood portion were generous and it was satisfying to the stomach as it kept me full. The gravy mixture tasted well with the bee hoon and ingredients and I enjoyed the meal overall. The service staff were efficient in serving us too.

My girlfriend and I wanted to eat botak jones so we headed to the clementi branch. But when we got there, we saw a group of people eating the zi char there and the fragrance of the food made us changed our mind and try it. We order a couple of dish but I must say their hot plate tou fu is indeed unique. Normally the toufu of hotplate toufu at other zi char stalls is cut into round pieces, but for this, the toufu is one big block. The toufu is golden brown on the outside but soft on the inside. T
