As I was too late to enjoy the lunch specials, I decided to just order off their conveyor belt inside. Each plate costs $2.10 so it is quite easy to chalk up a bill of $15 with around 6plates of sushi. Normally, I try to get those sushis where the ingredients are more expensive like the salmon and tako which also happen to be the sushis that I like. Overall, I spent around $13 for 5 plates of sushi.

Wan some ichiban food then come to Ichiban sushi as the name suggests. haha.... The ichiban sushi here is very fresh and food serving speed is also very fast despite the fact that there was a crowd during the time of our visit. Recommend one to try their salmon avocado sushi which is a very good combination as salmon has omega three and avocado also has great nutrients that are good for our skin !

It is absolutely have very few mushroom inside.I only can find one in this dish.
By the way, this dish is quite nice, not very heavy.
The combination of those ingredients are quite special.

The little cheesecake from there are also very ncie.
There are two sizes the large one and the small ones. The cheesecake is relatively light, not the heavy kind. the cake does not crumble easily as well. the smell of the cheesecake is very fragrant.
It is really delicious!

The steamboat has cabbages, enoki mushrooms, thinly sliced meat and the chinese mushroom. It is supposed to be spicy but I find it not spicy at all, hence it is quite dissappointing since I ordered it precisely because the menu indicates two chillis. The meat is very yummy since it is very thinly sliced and it is well-marinated. However, I wish the serving of meat could be more. There are only 4 slices which is very little, considering it is so thinly sliced. I love the chawanmushi - it is very smooth and not too salty. I especially love the sliced mushroom in the chawanmushi. Overall, I think I will stick to ordering ala carte instead of set, since the steamboat is not worth it, and I can easily just order chawanmushi and sashimi ala-carte.

Went there for lunch with friends after exam. I've been dine here quite few time but never tried this set, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered Scallop Set. There is always a long queue whenever we pass by Ichiban Sushi at Plaza Singapura. One day, we decided to try out the restaurant as we were curious why the crowd. We ordered the set which comes with chicken cheese plate with rice and soft shell crab. It costs around $20 for the meal and actually I don’t really think the food is that good.

Ichican's sushi are one of my all time favourites. For $20, you get to enjoy a sumptuous meal comprising of your main course, miso soup, sides and of course fruits to top it off! Their portion is really quite big too! Look at the terriyaki chicken and cha soba set we've ordered, it's enough to feed two people! Absolutely love their teriyaki chicken. Their sauces are neither too salty or to thick, just the right touch to leave you feeling satisfied after a nice lunch. Thumbs up for Ichiban sushi

When the food came, one glance, the salmon piece seemed bigger than the one from my set but guess mine was thicker while hers though bigger piece, was thinner.
