NeNe Chicken is a fast food restaurant that specialize in selling different kind of chicken flavour. I find that the restaurant was thoughtful, as gloves were provided, which save me the hassle of washing my hands. The hot and spicy chicken was indeed very spicy, so I do not recommend this to people who do not enjoy spicy food. However, it has too little seating capacity, thus finding a seat can be a problem.

We had Green Onion Tender Meal for takeaway ($10.30) which included coleslaw, pickled radish, rice and coke.The chicken was average as we found it too dry and a little tough. Flavour-wise, it was still quite tasty and made up for the lack of texture.The portion was alright for one pax although we were anticipating a bigger portion for that price.Overall, the quality of food was not really worth the price and wait (we had to wait for almost 15 mins for fast food quality).

Like PSY, Korean fried chicken is popular amongst singaporeans which explains the rise in number of places selling them. I tried this one and it's not that bad if you are into thick layers of batter with lots of sauce added. I had the chicken tenders which are nice insofar as they are bite-sized and opted for the safe sesame sauce. The sauce could have been less sweet but the chicken was quite well done.

Second visit to this outlet and have tried 2 different flavours so far... Swicy and Freaking Hot Chicken. I really like the upgrade to Nene Pops, it was more worth it then the other combo. For those who intend to take up the challenge of the Freaking Hot Chicken, I must warn you that you may regret your decision. I am someone who really loves spicy food, but this chicken made me cry. The chicken that they sell here is quite unique as compared to other fast food restaurants. Prices are slightly higher here too. Freaking hot wings and sticks.
