Went there for dinner with sister. I ordered Pork Katsu Toji Set. When I received the food, it looks so tempting and its pretty large set. I consist miso soup and salad. Strongly recommended by a friend of mine who tried the RamenPlay outlet in Junction 8 @ Bishan. They sell a variety of ramen and bimbibap. Tried this popular Sanpou Ramen. The ramen consists of three treasures of toroniku which are braised pork cheek, braised pork belly in char siew sauce and braised pork belly in special sauce. This hearty Tonkotsu ramen is garnished with black onion sauce to enhance its wholesome flavour. The taste is great. The pork is being cooked perfectly so as the r

This hearty Tonkotsu ramen is garnished with black onion sauce to enhance its wholesome flavour. The taste is great. The pork is being cooked perfectly so as the ramen was spongy and chewy. Everything goes well with the combination of braised pork and ramen with the soup.

Never tasted their ramen before so 3 of us tried it out.Ambience: It was early for dinner and it wasn't crowded at all. Comfortable seats and good air-conditioning too. Never knew a B3 existed in 313.Food: Shoyu Ramen, spice shoyu ramen were tasty but not excellent. Surprising soup was tasty enough without being too salty. Ramen were firm and without excessive flour after-taste. The chicken rice with egg was disappointing.

This is my second trip to RamenPlay. I find their ramen quite delicious the first time I went, so that prompted me to make this second trip. I ordered the toroniku double soup ramen. As what it had proclaimed, its soup is really very flavourful and wholesome, after having being boiled and simmered for more than 12hours. The flavour from the soup is from the pork cheek which is really rich in taste. The ramen itself is also quite qq, but it is more towards the chinese thin type of noodles (i.e.

The ramen itself is also quite qq, but it is more towards the chinese thin type of noodles (i.e. the you mian in handmade noodles) in my opinion. Overall, it is a good bowl of ramen, the only thing that isn't so good is the lava egg. The yolk has already hardened which is not supposed to.

Decided to give this Ramen Play restaurant a try so i walk in during lunch time. The kitchen has a transparent glass panel so customers can actually see the chef cooking inside the kitchen so it is an open concept and quite interesting.Ordered the unagi with eggs set at $14.90 and comes with rice and miso soup. The unagi with eggs is served in a claypot. The eggs is soft and runny and the unagi is fresh. Also ordered the chicken teriyaki stick. It is quite sweet as it has teriyaki sauce, 3 stick

Also ordered the chicken teriyaki stick. It is quite sweet as it has teriyaki sauce, 3 sticks is priced at $4.90. The ambience is quite stress as it is very busy and the service staff was walking up and down as there are many customers.

Whenever I go to Ramen Play, the food that I look forward to the most is not the ramen... it's the chicken in a bamboo stick. Though there is talk of it's collaboration with Japanese Sanpou Co. Ltd, we still do not hold much hope for it, especially it is being 'localised'. Overall, the ramen is better than we expected but not satisfying enough for a second visit. The ramen lacked of the omph factor, I prefer ramen at Santouka and Daikokuya.Gyoza and chicken-in-a-bamboo are disappointing Not much ingredients in gyoza and chicken-in-a-bamboo is kinda tough to chew.

OH MY GOD. Now I would have to rearrange my fave food just because I have been to ramen play. From now onwards, Ramenplay wins and will be my fave food! HAHAHA! It is so amazingly delicious! You got to order the braised egg if your dish doesn't come with one. Just because it tastes too awesome! A little salty with half cooked egg yolk.

I forget what I have ordered but it is rice with egg and chicken on it. It tastes heavenly. I have tried other dishes from Ramenplay and all of them surprised me in their own ways!

Why didn't I come across such an amazing restaurant before!?

I will definitely go there again and again and again. Best of all, DBS card user get to enjoy free tako balls! which btw tastes gooood too!

Must go!

This is a place with excellent service. The staff kindly kept our birthday cake for us for the longest time (birthday boy got held up at work) and let us make quite a ruckus without hushing us rudely. Kudos to the great staff! There is a wide range to choose from: you get different broth, choice of different ingredients (seafood? chicken?) and how you want it done (fried? In the soup?). It does not exactly comes with steps like that, but really, the variety makes it seems like so.

My noodles were pretty well done, but were not particularly spectacular. Birthday boy’s dish of ramen with fried chicken was much better (see picture!). Another pal ordered a seafood style ramen – I did not dare try though, because it looks like tom yum. Tom yum ramen did not sound awesome to me.

All in all, we agreed that the food was pretty good. It would be worth a try if you happened to be at Somerset 313 with a budget, yet refuse to go to the food court at the upper level.
