I got this for my 22nd birthday. I think it costs $42 for 500g; it looks better on the website though. It's called Pistachio Symphony; basically it's a pistachio sponge cake with maple mousse, and pistachio creme brulee. It has a distinct nutty taste, and a little creamy as well. It's not jelat like typical chocolate or cheese cakes, and not overly sweet. If you like pistachio, you would like this. We got to try this pretty-looking chocolate cake for my aunt's birthday. I think it's custom-made, and the longevity peaches are made of icing, and the huge pink rose in the middle made of chocolate. The chocolate cake was good, smooth and velvety, and not overly sweet like many other chocolate cakes. It's also not too moist or sticky, so you won't feel jelat even after 2 servings.

I'm a fan of this cake shop, have been ordering my birthday cakes from them for the past 8 years, would drop by to grab some cakes even if it's not my birthday. Some of their seasonal cakes are really special, they also have cakes for special occasions like father/mother's day, valentine etc, it's a pity that those cakes is just a one time thing. Used to pass by this shop on my way to work and would salivate but never got around to try the cakes here. Fianally decided to get a whole cake from them for my dad's birthday. Was told that the Passionfruit Meringue was their specialty, and so I placed a order for that. Got this from a good friend of mine. The chocolate cake is called the chocolate dream but sadly, it does not make me dream of it even more after eating it. The chocolate is defined but yet, not lasting. The cake is soft and the texture is somewhat similar to sponge cake. I would have preferred something more chocolatey.

Cakes that are stored in less than 0 degrees chiller room are what this confectionery claims and truth be told, the cake tastes awesome!The tangy mango taste is throughout the cake, creamy in the centre but gel like on top. Softness is the essence of The Patissier's, even my granddad who cannot even chew on spinach, gave me a thumbs up for this cake. Elderly friendly!

I bought the voucher for this cake online from groupon, which is very worth it. The 500g cake only cost $12. The staffs at the shop are very nice and explains to me in details about the storage of the cake, the amount of time i should let it "warm" up before consumption so as to let the mousse soften in a sense. The mousse cake has very rich taste, creamy and smooth. Every mouthful of it scream chocolate. A must try for the chocolate lovers out there. Comes with a cute box too.

The Patissier Double Chocolate Pralines is a super rich chocolatey cake! I love the crunchy chocolate crust base. Rich pralines mousse is sandwiched between layers of chocolate mousse. Not too sweet, it tasted just nice and the chocolate are really smooth. This 500g cake cost $42.80 and serves 6 people. Pretty expensive but really worthy! A must try for chocolate lovers!!!
