I went with a group of friends and we ordered different types of food. I ordered their famous beancurd and Fried You Tiao. I particularly like their you tiao as they were served hot and pretty crunchy. I thought that you tiao will taste better when dipped into a cup of soya drink and so I ordered a cup of cold soya drink. It really taste great especially when the you tiao was freshly made and fried. I highly recommend Rochor beancurd to all!

My girlfriend and I first visited this Japanese restaurant. My girlfriend ordered a set of a strawberry tiramisu fruit tart and a cup of earl grey tea, and I order a set meal with Salmon cheese baked rice, mango fruit tart, soup and salad. Initially I was confused with the promotional set meal that I had ordered as the menu did not state very clearly. After seeking clarifications from the waitress, I understood that when I ordered a baked rice (or any other dish), I will get a bowl of soup and a serving of salad with an additional of $2. If I would like to have a fruit tart, I can enjoy $2 off if I purchase a set meal. Pretty confusing, but nevertheless, I was looking forward to the fruit tarts and the salmon baked rice. Within 5 minutes my baked rice, salad and soup were served. However, the fruit tarts weren't served even after I had finished with all my food. Besides, my girlfriend only wanted to have the fruit tart. So, I asked one of the waiters to serve the fruit tarts but he only served the strawberry tiramisu tart. I waited for another 5 minutes but my mango tart was not served, so I asked another waitress to serve. Initially I wanted to try their chocolate banana fruit tart but all were reserved by other customers so I ended up choosing the mango tart. Overall, I thought that the food there were pretty good and worth the try. One thing that they have to improve is their service as customers don't wish to wait too long for their food given that it was not really crowded during that hour.

It was pretty crowded during peak hours especially dinner time. They have several types of sushi that I have not seen before, pretty special. Besides, I also like the blueberry cheesecake that they have, worth the try! Some thing I dislike about this Sushi Express is that they only allow 50 minutes of eating time. I'm not sure if they do that during non-peak hours. Besides, it was quite uncomfortable as there weren't much space for me to even put my hand beside me. Overall, I feel that this place is good if you want to have a quick lunch or dinner, as the name goes 'Sushi Express'. The ambience isn't for couples to have a romantic or quiet moment together. =)

Tasty Salads and Subs Smile Dec 23, 2012

My girlfriend and I initially wanted to have our dinner at 'Salad Stop' which is located close to Quiznos Sub but the Salad Stop was closed at around 7pm that evening! But thank god that we decided to patronise Quiznos which serve salads as well. We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad and Chicken Caesar Sub (We are chicken lovers smile ). It was our first time patronising Quiznos. In the past, we always visit Subway. The Chicken Caesar was fantastic and I especially like the part which you can take as much sauces as you like. There are several sauces available. To name a few: honey mustard, BBQ sauce, Red Wine Sauce and etc. The salads are originally served with thousand island sauce i guess. Overall, I think that it's pretty much like Subway but the plus point here is the toasted sandwich and the sauces available for you. You can try a bit of this and that. I will not hesitate to go back again for a simple lunch or dinner there.

Not too bad OK Dec 20, 2012

The ipoh hor fun and wanton mee there was great. The price was pretty affordable as well, just slightly above food court price. Something I dislike about this stall is that the tables are pretty close to the neighbouring ones and are rather small. It's more suitable for families, friends or couples who prefer to have a quick lunch or dinner. I would not recommend that you stay in for long hours to chat as the stools and chairs are not very comfortable as well. At times, especially during peak hours, this place gets abit noisy. This could be due to the crowded arrangement of the seats which makes it noisy (as I was sitting very close to another family).
