Yummy Don Smile May 26, 2012

In general, the Ebi Don ($4.50) is kinda tasty and value for money. I like the fact that the stall owner uses Japanese sticky rice which is softer and sweeter than normal rice. The prawns are also quite big and crispy - definitely restaurant standard! However, I feel that the stall owner can be generous with the eggs and sweet sauce. It would have been prefect if more of these ingredients are added.

Realised that this food centre is always quite dirty as there are alway many used plates on the table. Finding a clean table is definitely a challenge!

Gelato Smile May 26, 2012

The Gelato tastes good but not fantastic. In fact, I feel that there isn't a huge variety of flavours of gelato and hence, I will not put this dessert shop in my eateries recommendation list.

Ordered this hazelnut flavor gelato which tastes like Ferraro Rocher. So, if you are a chocolate lover, you may like to try it.

In general, I am kinda pleased with service. The service staff is kinda friendly and willing to let us try the a few flavours gelato before ordering. tongue

Yummy Bee Hoon Smile May 25, 2012

Delicious and value for money - this is how I would describle the food from this stall at Golden Shoe Market. In particular, I like the sunny side up in which the yolk is runny. As usual, the queue is long during lunch time. Gonna wait for about 20 hour to order.

Something which I feel that needs improvement is the service attitude of the stall helpers. They seem very unpatient when taking orders (perhaps due to the fact that the queue is long). In fact, I witnessed one of the stall helpers scolding a customer who are queuing ahead of me as the customer changed her order. shocked

Nacho Cheese Smile May 25, 2012

This is one the most delicious bread which I have tried. It is super yummy and I will strongly recommend one to try it. The melted nacho cheese simply oozes out when I sink my teeth into the bread! There are also small pieces of ham mixed together with the melted cheese. Personally, I find that this is a new invention of ham and cheese bread. Despite it being relatively more expensive ($1.50 each), one should try it.

Love to dine at Korean restaurant as there is always a hige variety of side dishes!

This is the first time I visit this restaurant and I will definitely visit it again. The food is simply yummy! Ordered the BBQ beef lunch set ($11.80). The beef is well marinated, juicy and tender. The rice is sweet and warm when served. Definitely recommend one to try it!

As for the side dishes, I love the pancake and bean sprouts. However, I understand that the side dishes change everyday. Hence, if you are lucky, you will be able to try the yummy pancake!
