One of the main reason why I like Crystal Jade is because of its chilli. I can literally eat the chilli first without anything while waiting for the food to come. Right amount of spiciness, somewhat crispy to me. The salted peanuts which they serve when you enter the restaurant, is very tasty. I ordered steam siew mai and a glass of orange juice, both were good. Thumbs up!

I came here for lunch especially for the vegetable noodle soup which is one of my favorites as Crystal Jade. The noodles are cooked to perfection and are not overcooked like most places. The soup is peanut based and there are a variety of vegetables in the dish such as mushrooms, carrots, tofu among others. Its definitely a good option for those who are watching their diet

This was my first experience at crystal jade. Being a vegetarian, is tough in Singapore but certain places like crystal jade can be quite welcoming. It was pretty quiet on a Saturday afternoon. My friend and I went there for dinner and ordered Sweet and sour pork, Mapo Tofu, Sour and Spicy soup and Drunken chicken. Of all the dishes, I like the sweet and sour pork, the meat is tender and the sauce is just nice and goes well with rice.
