This Hakka Yong Tau Foo stall always have a long queue! Especially during weekends. This stall is even featured on one famous food blog! I ordered the dry beehoon with six food items. I love the sauce they drizzle on my bowl! However, when i mixed it all together with the noodles and ingredients, I find the noodles a little on the dry side and I didn't really like it. I ordered the dry beehoon mee yong tau foo, loved their sweet sauce and chilli very much. Elsewhere sweet sauce always been diluted and very saltish, but not this stall, it is very concentrated and nice in favour, chilli spicy enough and not so saltish, soup is sweet and nice. 6 pcs with beehoon mee for $2.90 is cheap, ingredients are freshly made too, loved it so much with so many choices of ingredients, normally it is very long queue, the stall is run by few youngsters, their service are good

This is my 1st time trying this Hakka Yong Tau Foo stall. You picked from a arrange of items. You have bean curd puff, egg plant, vegetables, fish ball staffed with fish Paste. They boiled the non-fried items and cut them up into smaller bit sizes. Then they top up with a red sweet sauce and if you like spicy version, chili paste is added for the dry version. This hakka yong tau foo stall offers a unique mixture of meat,salted fish & fish paste filling,the flavour is rich with firm texture they have wide variety ,like sui gao with black fungus ,carrots & vermicelli & beancurd skin filled with century egg yolk,a selection of 8 item with noodles for $4++Noodles taste normal,soup is soup & without MSG it taste refreshing Overall i rate 8/10

Hakka Yong Tau Foo are normally fried items but here they also sell normal boiled fish balls which are big and tasty too.I like the bittergourds with stuffed meat which are fried as it is really not easy to find stall selling bittergourds which are cooked just nice,not too uncooked which has the raw taste or overcooked which makes the bittergourd too soft.The stuffed bittergourd here is cooked just nice with a crunchy texture yet it don't taste raw or soft and the meat stuffing is tasty too.The
