I chanced upon this shop in Raffles City Shopping Centre selling a variety of baked potatoes with different fillings. Being a fan of all things potato, I tried the Chicken Curry Baked Potato set, which came with a drink, soup and salad. Let me finish the negatives first: the soup tasted odd. Everything when I walk past, I noticed this stall there at Raffles City. I tried ordering the breakfast set that they have as I was tempted by their sunny side eggs. The set cost about $6.90 which includes one sausage, two eggs, potato salad, red beans and tea. Overall it was a set worth to get and food was acceptable. There have many selections of other choices of baked potatoes as well. I will drop by if I need to have a quick meal in the area.

Outside is having a heavy downpour, so have to stay here for a while. Since it is lunch time, might as well as find some food. Being a potato lover, I could not resist to walk in this restaurant to dine. And I had not REGRETTED any bit! So far I had not discovered any "potato" stores in Singapore and this is the first one I had encounter. Totally fell in love with the potato and it could come with a set. Defiantly worth it and even if you are not a potato lover, do give it a try! The serving were just right and don't worry, it would fill you up because it is potato!

I never know just the potato itself can be make into a main course until I try the version her at Potato Depot. The potato is quite big in portion and is really soft and moist in texture. The added crispy bacons certainly has enhanced the taste of it and make it very appetitizing. The side dish, which is the garden salad is also very fresh and good for health as well. It is also includes small cup of soup and soft drink too. Very value for money.

Really happy to have try this potato snack from this stall. The stall looks really young and funky, which the staffs here are also very friendly and approachable. Got myself their all time favourite Potao with the crispy bacon crust on top. The potato is very smooth and moist which the added bacon crust make it very fragrant and delicious. The portion served is quite generous and the price is very reasonable too. The added spring onion also enhance the taste too.

Got a meal from potato depot this time and sadly, I only managed to take a picture of the soup because the boyfriend had alrdy tucked into the main dish -.- anyhoooos,the soup of the day was cream of mushroom and it tasted wonderfulllll.Honestly, I have never been to a place that serves terrible cream of mushroom soup. Its either that or I just love my mushroom soup. Then again, I dont think so cos i'm one fussy eater. hehe. anyway,this place is a must try!!!

Giving new places a try nowadays Went to this mini restaurant called potato depot yesterday. Their dishes are really interesting I should say! Had the original baked potato. $7.90 for a set meal and even $5 for just one potatoe was too much. You could buy 3kg worth of potatoes for that price. I do like the fresh russet potatoes they used, which was large and fluffy. I saw that they used microwaves to heat up their foods and also it wasn't a proper oven being used to bake the potatoes but some sort of infra red grill. Not recommended. I loved the salad and the baked potato. One word of caution though (especially for small eaters), is that the meal is more filling than it looks. Halfway through our meal, my friend and I were pretty stuffed.If you keep to the cheaper options I think the price is still acceptable, but some are a little expensive to me. First time to Potato Depot, the name sounded interesting so we decided to try out the food there The minestrone soup was superb! Doesnt taste like those canned kind of soup. their salad was refreshing too! We ordered the creamy mushroom trio, wow it was goooood! The cheese just melted in your mouth with each bite, and the flavour of the nutritous mushroom bursting in your mouth. Hahaha. Gonna be back for more of such good food
