This is the place to grab some yummy old school buns. They are priced at less than $1 per bun, which is cheaper than many neighbourhood bakeries these days. Besides the buns, I really like the egg tart. They are fragrant and not too sweet. One of the reasons I really like buying from this bakery is the uncle! I think he's secretly famous here for his "lai, zai lai!" 

I had bought several pastries from this stall before. All the pastries are fresh and delicious. I especially love the fact that they opened a pastry shop in the hawker centre. I bought an egg tart for around $1.20. The crust was extremely fragrant and buttery, not crumbly at all. The egg custard itself was tangy and soft, when eaten with the crust, it tasted really delicious. I always ended up with some buns whenever i am in this food centre for lunch or breakfast. My favourite has been the ham & cheese buns. The bread is light and fluffy with the filling of ham and cheese in it. I do enjoy their luncheon meat bun and curry bun too. All are equally good. It used to be much cheaper but the prices have increased. Their buns are good for breakfast or snacks with a good cup of coffee.

I was here for breakfast with my girlfriend. We saw a long queue at this stall. When we were approaching, we smelt the aroma of fresh bread. It turned out that this stall sells those normal bun. My all-time favourite ham and cheese bread ever since mum never fails to buy the ham and cheese bread in the morning for breakfast. Ham and cheese bread is fresh and fluffy! Though sometimes the ham and cheese is not alot, but the flavour of the bread is baked to satisfaction.
