We at Swenson T2 seem my last visit. I missed the special Claypot spicy Laksa only served here. Not famous but my childhood memories. The space is huge as before and lot of people from local I think. I remembered Swensen’s as a casual diner where we often celebrated birthdays for friends and colleagues back in the 1990s and 2000s. Was having craving for ice cream at 11pm and where can we find it at this hour? Hubby suggests going to Changi Airport T2 for Swensen that is open 24hours daily. I feel somehow that Swensen's standards have dropped over the years. This time round I found that their mozzarella cheese sticks a tad salty but edible, and their chicken baked rice sauce bland. The highlight of the meal was probably the chips which were thick cut and piping hot! But the tragedy of it all is that the size of their Earthquake Sundae has shrunk! Oh the unfairness of it all!

It was a dinner late at midnight where i was still working at a events company. Swensen's lunch offers are a steal and is really quite affordable. I love their clam chowder in the sour dough bread bowl. This bowl of soup is quite filling as the soup is creamy and has lots of ingredients in iit. The salad is also nice with the chicken cutlet on top of those fresh vegetables. I went to Swensen's airport at around 5pm on Christmas day, it was quite crowded. ordered Hawaiian Pizza, Butterfly Shrimps, Rodeo Wings, Fries & Dips, Hazelnut ice-cream, apple juice, Spice & Chic. After new year countdown, I went with a few of my friends to this Swensen's outlet for a chilling session and supper. We were there around 2.00am and it was pretty crowded. We waited for 15 minutes for our seats. After my friends and I took turn to make our orders, the waiter repeated our orders but he did not note down what my friend had ordered. Had birthday dinner celebration with my family at swensens! I think it's a typical place to go with a family for a birthday celebration or anniversary. It was packed, as usual. But we waited not more than half hour for our table. The service was fast. Friendly waiters. Some good looking too ;) I had the Banana Crumble for dessert. It was good, not too sweet. The way it melted in my mouth, was really good.

Order a main meal, gives free desert or side dish or free flow of drinks !!! Even better deals for students (bring student pass) and senior citizens ! Do not wait !!! My total cost for Chicken in a basket + free ice cream desert + free plain water = $17. Worth it ! You guys will like the airport ambience, with train rides away from Terminal 1 and 3. Meanwhile, do shop for their ice cream mookcakes.

This salmon & mushroom baked rice is not bad.It has a heavy and those who don like heavy and strong flavour may not like this.But i like it so much.The cheese match well with the salmon and the mushroom.The cheese is so much, so it can cover all the rice and ingredients inside.The salmon is also quite fresh.My friend ordered the curry beef bakerice.It is also very nice.i like the curry sauce so much.It is not very spicy but is nice.

Located at the arrival hall of Changi Airport Terminal 2, the place is always quite popular and crowded with the lunch crowd. We are planning for a department lunch and actually Swensen's is probably the few restaurants that can accommode the team and of course it is quite reasonable priced.Looking through their extensive menu, I decided to go for their Breaded Chicken. I like the crisp skin and the meat was still moist and depend.

While waiting for my friend to arrive, I ordered the Prawn Dippers first as I was too hungry.I was surprised by the serving as it was rather generous for just one person or even to be shared between 2 or 3 people!What I loved about the Prawn Dippers is that it was fried well and was very crispy while the inside was tender and chewy.Definitely a great appetizer and very filling to be eaten on it's own too!
