Carl’s Junior is a well-known chain that offers fast-food burgers and tries hard to differentiate itself from McDonalds. The burgers here are relatively expensive, starting from around 10 plus for each burger. Nevertheless, there is a queue and discounts to be had if you present your Safra card. The drinks (like green tea in this picture) are free flow. As for the Thickburger itself, it was relatively average and probably not worth the 12 dollars for the entire set.

I mentioned in a previous review that Carl's Jr is my favourite fast food outlet in Singapore. Step aside Macdonalds, Carl's Jr is the category of the big boys. the bacon cheeseburger was very nice the burger was worthwhile. It is bigger than normal burger at Mac or Burger King. The bacon cheeseburger is very flavorful. the bacon is not too hard to chew on and the sauces combine really nicely. The beef is also not too tough to chew and the cheese on the beef was awesome. it was nicer than mac's double cheeseburger :X I really love it!!~

carl jr does nice fries. although this place is very small and space is very limited as it is a popular spot, the food is not too bad. the fries are nicely done. but the place is usually sticky and messy, which lots of trash on the floor. the tables are also very small and usually uncleared. the condiments area always runs out of condiments and there's always a mess. it's gross sometimes, to watch people drip stuff and mess with the condiments because it's self-serve and people have no hygiene.

For heavy eater, Carl's Junior burgers such will satisfy your stomach. One thing for sure, all their burgers are huge in size. Tried their western bacon cheese burger and the taste is fantastic! Is filled with generous amount of BBQ sauce, crunchy onion rings, crispy bacon and large beef patty. Just a burger itself is more than enough to satisfy your stomach. However the price is abit too high at S$7.30 each. Would be better if this price includes french fries and drinks.

We had the THICKburgers and they were fabulous! It's how normal burgers are supposed to be! Not squashed, flattened and dry. But thick, juicy, tasty, moist! This is the best fries among all the fastfood outlets. Sometimes, i prefer this to their burgers. I love it so much that i can have it for lunch or even dinner. It would be even better if more cheese. It is good enough to eat it on its own. No chilli or tomato sauce required. if you are looking for good fries, you have to come by here if you have not yet do so.

I did never fail to order the original THICKburger whenever I patronise Carl's Jr. It is a huge burger. I had trouble finishing the entire burger, not to mention the fries.
