They have the regular Ala Carte menu on top of the All Day dim sum menu. The dim sum choices weren't too extensive (about 30 items) but there are some unique items that attracted my attention. Items not commonly found in SG includes the Pork Liver siew mai and Shrimp paste fried rice rolls.

We ordered one pot of porridge and several dim sum items for sharing.
First up, Claypot Fish Shrimp & Pork slices Congee 鱼虾肉片大煲粥 $9.80++. At less than 10 bucks per pot, this claypot dish portion is large enough for 2-3pax to share.

Huge chunks of fish and pork slices as well as deshelled prawns were found in the porridge. The ingredients used were extremely fresh and cooked just right, retaining the juiciness of the meats and their natural flavors. I highly recommend this dish!
Pan-fried rice rolls w/ Spicy shrimp paste 虾米酱煎肠粉 $5.20++. This dish is very HK style, the chee cheong fun were well coated with shrimp paste sauce and has good wok hei aroma. It was not the best I've eaten (the best is only found in HK) but was still very decently done.

Pan-fried Carrot cake w/ dried shrimp & Lup cheong 香煎萝卜糕 $4.20++, another yummy dish with ample shreds of radish and fragrant lup cheong bits enveloped within.

Old school Pork Liver siew mai 怀旧猪润烧卖 $4.20++, a dish that is unique to HK region and first time seen in SG (at least for me). The pork liver was marinated for long enough period before steaming, contributing to its soft and succulent texture which was well complimented by the pork and shrimp meat beneath it...very delish!

The usual suspects, Shrimp dumpling 水晶鲜虾饺 $4.60++ and Crab roe siew mai 蟹皇蒸烧卖 $4.20++ were pretty decent as well, fresh and flavorful.

Pork & chive dumpling 家乡韭菜饺 $3.60++, this was one of my fave. The chive used was good quality ones with robust aroma, and the chef was careful to not overcooked it preserving its crunchiness as well. Thumbs up!

Beancurd rolls in thick soup 浓汤鲜竹卷 $4.80++, it is uncommon to find this cooked in soup. Crystal Jade's version was rather tasty but not outstanding though.

We ordered one dessert each and I had the Aloe vera & osmanthus w/ honey soup 芦荟桂花蜜 $3.80++, a nice and refreshing end to a scrumptious dim sum meal!

Crystal Jade has done well with their new dim sum menu, giving us little surprises here and there with their uniquely HK style dishes. Best of all, the prices are very affordable! They have now renewed my interest in them and I will definitely return for more delicious food.

Dinner at suntec area while it was under renovation. Crystal Jade Kitchen was still in operations. Went there for a hearty dinner Chicken with black fungusHomemade tofu with mushrooms. The tofu was really soft and silky and their mixture was well blended though it can be slightly salty. Nice to mix with rice. French beans with diced meat and capsicum. A simple dish which can be cooked at home too. Prawn omelette and brocolli.

We went back to Crystal Jade for dimsum again the other day, this time round tried some of the dishes we didn't get to try last time. Pan-fried beancurd skin ($4.80/ 3 pcs) is very addictive. The beancurd skin is crackily crispy, but inside filled with big shrimp and well-seasoned minced pork. Satisfying. Pan-fried rice roll with spicy shrimp paste ($5) tastes good at first due to the yummy spicy shrimp paste that of great flavour. However, after a while, the whole thing just tastes burning chil

Pan-fried rice roll with spicy shrimp paste ($5) tastes good at first due to the yummy spicy shrimp paste that of great flavour. However, after a while, the whole thing just tastes burning chili in my mouth. It could be better if the rice roll is filled with char siew or dried shrimp.

Deep-fried yam puff with minced pork ($3.80/3pcs) is another dim sum that has great texture and flavour. It's not as greasy as other restaurant, which is great. The char siew filling inside could be slightly sweet, but well-balanced with the outer yam layer. Good one.

Suntec City is currently undergoing renovation, however, Crystal jade Kitchen is packed with satisfying customers on Sunday afternoon. Despite the crowds, our food were served without long wait. Impressive. "Ha-kau" ($5.20/4pcs) is the steamed shrimp dumpling filled with big fresh prawns, very juicy. Steamed beancurd skin filled with pork and shrimp ($3.90/3pcs) is cooked in oyster sauce. The sauce is flavourful, and well absorbed by the beancurd skin. Yummy! Steamed beancurd stuffed with minced

Baked BBQ prok with honey pasry ($3.80/3 pcs) is a must try! The honey glazed pastry has a very nice texture on the outside, the BBQ pork filling is rich and subtle.

Other than dimsum, we also ordered some dishes. "Crystal Jade" fried rice ($13.90) has quite a bit of ingredients in it, such as long beans, egg, crab sticks etc.. taste wise, quite ordinary though.

Stewed pork belly with dried bamboo shoot ($7.90) is so rich in flavour. The pork belly is slowly stewed in fermented bean paste, slightly salty but very nice if eat with rice.

If you are a seafood lover like me, you must not miss this garlic prawns from Crystal Jade Kitchen. The prawns are quite big in size and is filled with the sweetness of it and is quite crunchy. The generous amount of diced garlic used to cook in this dish has really enhanced the flavour of the prawns which is really fragrant and tasty. Even though the price is quite high, but I believe because of its great taste and quality, I will still come back for more.

Went to the restaurant with my colleagues. Yusheng was really good, the vegetables are fresh, finely cut, very crunchy, also there are fried yam sticks which makes the Yusheng really sweet and crunchy. However, the plate was too small for the large sized yusheng, and we spilled quite a lot onto the table while tossing. Besides that, i must say this is a must try for Yusheng fans! We ordered various dishes, xlb, la mian, the chinese red bean pancake, fried pork ribs and many others.

The xlb was same and consistent like the ones at other la mian xlb Crystal Jade restaurants. The la mian however tasted different, it had a stronger vinegar taste and was saltier as well. The chinese red bean pancake was soaked in oil and the pastry used wasn't the usual standard one but instead, I suppose it was the same as the ones used in wrapping popiah. My verdict of it? Weird. I didn't want to try the fried pork ribs as they looked really dry but tasteless but my friends commented that against its visual appearance, it was in fact very oily but still tasteless.

Overall, service was alright. Nothing fantastic but at least they greeted and refilled our chinese tea.
