I would really recommend this place for lunch!
The portions of the food and the desserts are great

On this occasion, I ordered The Slider set meal.
Their set meals cost $9.90.
It consists of the burger sandwich, coleslaw, a cup of drink and my choice of fries

I love their fries there, we get to choose a few kinds of fries and my favourite are the curry and sour cream!
It’s my first time trying The Slider, inside the fillings are minced beef, sautéed mushrooms, crispy bacons with gooey melted cheese on top

Service is quite good, you order and they will deliver the food over to your table to you.
It's very sinful satisfactory kind of feeling, would definitely eat this again as it's just that tasty!

As I was craving for lamb meat, I decided to order the Lamb Burger. It tasted quite nice as the lamb patty was quite thick and meaty and was cooked to a medium well doneness, while retaining its juiciness and moisture, making it rather chewy and tasty. The tomato relish and onion slices complemented each other and the burger well. The burger bun was charred nicely and chewy, not bad.

Managed to try out the different dished EwF got to offer in just a day Firstly we started off with The one egg soup, as the name is self explainable (it's really made up of an egg only!) Wild NZ King Salmon was the third dish, salmon is cooked just right. Crispy on top and soft at the bottom. Nice combination. I personally did not like the garlic fries that come with it though :/

Char-Grilled Char Siew! Didn't know Char Siew can come hand in hand with the fries. The Char Siew tasted different as compared to those that you usually tasted at chicken rice store. But it's quite nice
Just that it's a bit hard to cut and chew.

The last dish is my all time favourite ;) Tandoori Chicken Sandwich!! The best dish in EwF, bread is soft, chicken is perfect with the sauce. This is a must try when you dine in EwF

I would say the fare at Everything with Fries is average save for their Grilled Pork Chop. The pork chop is thick and succulent and a very good dish if you’re craving for something to sink your teeth in. However, I feel that despite all the raves over their Nutella Cake, it is over-rated. Handmade Lemonade ($3.50)
Looks real fresh with a lot of pulps in it.

Orange Juice ($3.50)
Another fresh drink with lots of pulps.

Butterscotch Milk Shake ($4.50)
I am told by the staff that the butterscotch is made in house. Very thick and creamy with strong butterscotch taste. But wait rather long for this drink to come.

Nutella Milk Shake ($5.90)
Be prepared to wait if you order this drink. But thick in taste.

The One Egg Soup ($6.90)
Tastes like canned chicken soup to me.

Char-Grilled Char Siew ($15.90)
A bit too hard to cut and dry too.

Wild NZ King Salmon ($18.80)
I only like its crispy crumb skin.

Skinny Wings ($6.90)
Only like its crispy skin as there is not much of a flavour.

Char-Grilled Beef Karubi ($21.90)
A very tender dish.

Steak Tulang ($25.80)
Do not really like this as it looks like fat and tastes like fat on the bone.

Tandoori Chicken Sandwich ($11.90)
Cannot taste any tandoori taste on the chicken meat.

Grilled Pork Chop ($13.90)
Tender and tasty piece of meat.

If you are hankering for beef, this Char-Grilled Beef Karubi ($21.90) is unlikely to disappoint. As the slab of boneless US Prime Beef short ribs has been braised then char grilled, the meat pulls apart effortlessly and ties well with the home-made demi-glace sauce. Strangely, the aroma of truffle oil seemed to have evaporated completely in the truffled fries and thus tasted plain.

You may not believe me but the mains are so good that one can afford to skip the starters. For fish lovers, I highly recommend the NZ Wild Salmon at $18.90, served with garlic-flavoured fries. Sitting on a slightly acidic lemon buttercream sauce, the fresh Sashimi-grade fish is cooked to the perfect spot that seals the fats and juices beneath the crispy bread crumbs.

All the mains here are served with caesar salad and your choice of their specialty fries (Original/Curry/Salt and Vinegar/Sour Cream and Onion/Garlic and Herbs). My personal favourite is the Sour Cream and Onion as it was tangy and not too salty. In conclusion, this youngest branch at Bugis Junction is certainly worth a visit for its hearty and quality meals besides burgers. In the meantime, I have set my eyes on their array of desserts especially the Nutella Mug Cake on my next visit;)

Char-grilled Beef Karubi ($21.90 ) Served with grilled boneless US prime beef shortrib, braised till tender and then char-grilled with truffle oil fries. The sauce blends well with the beef as the meat texture was quite soft and it goes well with the sauce. The chef really does put in effort for this dish.

Char-grilled Char Siew ($15.90 ). Served pork belly braised till tender and char-grilled with garlic sauce. The garlic sauce was special made by the chef to go well with the dish. The fries has the garlic taste as well. Loving the tenderness of the pork texture and it’s not too hard to cut.

Steak & Tulang @ S$25.80.The presentation attracts me especially the beef colours. The beef was medium rare done. I able to taste the sweetness and the juicyness of the beef. As for the marrow, it was well served with a nice tempting look for me.

We didn’t have time to have tried out the desserts as we need to rush to the second stop. It’s quite a pity as I read the reviews from the website stating that they served very good Nutella Tart. I would love to give it a try when i have the chance to drop by. It’s a nice place for friends gathering as the price was decent with the portion served.

The one egg soup $6.90
This soup is one hell of a special soup I've encountered. Being emphasized so much by the store manager than this soup is only made from an egg, everyone just couldn't wait to try it. And as soon as I tried it, I fell in love with it! Though made from an egg, it doesn't really taste too much of an egg. The soup is more like a creamy soup with the fried egg white sprinkled on it.Really good, I would say give this a try, since it's only at $6.90!

Skinny Wings $6.80
Crispy and spicy, but definitely bearable spiciness.
It's called skinny for a reason because it's almost half of a normal chicken wing, which is good for sharing with friends and not making you too full for your main course at EWF.

Char-Grilled Pork Belly $15.90
Just take a look at this good piece of Pork Belly. Doesn't it make your mouth water?!
Having a small piece of it, the meat was indeed fragrant and tasty, with very minimal layer of fats - which is good and healthier. But one downside of it is that the meat was a little too hard for me, but I'm sure meat-lovers will never mind this! ;)

Wild NZ King Salmon $18.90
Probably the most expensive main dish at EWF (below $20!!), and definitely the best in my opinion.
Pan-fried with crispy crumbs on top of the King Salmon, I must say this is the best and most tender cooked salmon I've ever tried.
Soft, is honestly the best adjective to describe the salmon meat. It doesn't taste too bland either! What's best about this is that EWF uses premium king salmon for this dish. Who say's good food can't be cheap?

Steak Tulang $25.90
280g Ribeye Steak in a pool of red wine steak sauce, with creamy sauteed mushroom and tulang (beef bone marrow), was one dish that I was greatly looking forward to when they said it'll be served. It's not in the menu because it's seasonal, so make sure you try it before it's gone.

If I really have to do a review on this, my favourite part of the dish is still the ribeye steak. Certainly not a fan of the bone marrow so I didn't like it. The sauteed mushroom was on another hand really good and fresh. Albeit all this, the star of this dish still taste the best based of high quality and its aromatic wine sauce.

There wasn't much people around when I left at 1.30pm too.

Guessed I know why there were few customers - the food was bad.
You can choose your choice of fries with each meal.
Well, the fries are nothing to rave about.
An irony considering that their brand name contains FRIES.
Ordered the pork chop
with sour cream fries
And the cheese burger with beef.
Had my fries in curry

Seriously, I left the shop with more than half a burger left.
The patty was inedible? I was too paiseh to ask them to get me a new plate!
Now that I think of it, I should have done so.
IT'S REALLY BAD!
And so expensive!
I will never fork out more than $10 for this - even Macdonald burger taste better.

We order ham and cheese sandwich, lamb burger, spaghetti and teriyaki chicken sandwich and ordered all four different flavours of the fries without original. My favourite was the garlic and herbs flavor because it was more flavorful! Choice between shoestring and straight cut fries. Straight cut has more potato mass in each fry however shoestring fries enables you to taste each flavour more intensely. Lamb burger was really nice although we were all very full when we were only halfway through our meal.

Not the most awesome place to eat however quite interesting and a nice pace to catch up with friends. More pricey and atlas-looking fast-food restaurant with not-so-fast service. May only revisit if friends want to eat it.

The Food
My friends recommended me to try their new outlet at Bugis.
I ordered the main course Cheese Burger set ($11.90) which come with choice of Fries and a Caesar Salad and fried chicken wings. There are two types of fries to choose from, shoestring and straight cut with five different flavors: Original, Curry, Salt & Vinegar, Sour Cream and Onion and Garlic and herbs. As I like sour taste hence I choose "Sour Cream" shoestring fries. The fries are crispy and not too oily with a strong sour cream taste.
The Cheese Burger's beef patty was tender and juicy although the size a bit small for my appetite.
As for the chicken wings, it is very crispy and deep-fried with the right temperature and also not oily also.

The Service
As I went to the newly opened outlet at night hence the place very crowded
We have to wait very long before the waitress come to take our order.

The Ambience
The decor and surroundings quite nice and the seats are cozy and comfortable.

The Price
Reasonably priced at $11.90 for the cheese burger set and unique flavour fries

Overall
I will definitely come back again to try other types of burgers and highly recommended to try for all fries lover!!
