Kuishin Bo is an authentic buffet restaurant which serves a wide variety of fresh japanese food including sashimi, seafood, ramen, appetisers, desserts and more. As i love sashimi and seafood, of course i took a lot of sashimi and prawns hehe. The food was really fresh and delicious!

Also, they had a tepanyaki station. The beef cubes were well marinated, soft, tender and favourful. I could easily eat many pieces! For their desserts, there is a chocolate fondue for chocolate lovers
You can choose to dip fruits, marshmellows, pretty nice and covered with chocolate!

Overall, Kuishin Bo is the best japanese buffet restaurant i had ever been to as they serve a wide variety of food at affordable prices. Also their food was really fresh especially for the sashimi

Company team dinner was at Kuishinbo, one of my favorite buffet place. For dinner, they offer a more selection of food compare to lunch, for example the cold snow crab legs and some of the seasonal items. I love their snow crab legs as it is sweet and juicy. It taste fresh too, the meat is firm and not mushy. Currently they are having a promotion that for each diner for dinner time, all diners will be entitled a fresh baked cheese lobster. Despite that, they have other selections like the Tanpayaki section and soup & noodle section.

Desserts were great, there's chocolate and premier soft ice cream to end your meal on a sweet note.

Dessert~ I love their dessert here. Although it looks like normal dessert elsewhere but it taste very delicious. The best part is they have all kinds of dessert~ I love their chocolate here. theirs is real rich chocolate. Yummy~Here's the seafood. The sashimi is raw but its quite okay. That is because their seafood is fresh so it will taste good. They have a lot of food. Do come and try~

This is my first time at Kuishinbo and I was honestly wowed by the food here. There is a very fresh selection of sashimi. Thinking of it makes me drool now. The salmon and tuna sashimi is very fresh and sweet. I don’t even have to put any wasabi on it as it is really very good on its own. The tempura is also almost always freshly fried and this ensures that the tempura remains very crispy and tasty when dipped in the sauce. It is also not greasy at all, which is why I love eating the tempura so

The excellent quality of the food and the huge variety , definitely a value for money buffet. There is a huge chocolatey fountain to greet you at the entrance, good buffet spread all the way to the back of the restaurant. Tempura was hot and delicious as it just came out of the deep fryer. Items worth trying - paper steamboat (chicken / beef sukiyaki) and teppanyaki .The service is good and friendly staff that will make me come back again and again !

In fact, my first experience with Kuishin Bo was at this branch, and after having been to the JP branch, this branch is better, in terms of the food and ambience. (I have not been to the Suntec City branch though) For some reason, Kuishin Bo Great World City is more expensive (by $2) as compared to the JP and Suntec City branch. As mentioned, I am guessing its the ambience and the food after visiting JP's branch. For instance, we are able to get the chefs to cook grilled dory for us in this outlet, but not at the JP outlet.

Anyway, this is where you can get your fill of sashimi and tempuras. The tempuras are really delicious, the sweet prawn with the crispy batter is divine - whats more when you can have it in unlimited amounts (subject to your tummy space). Besides usuals, there is also the paper steamboat, cooked stuff (jap curry, veg, chicken, fried rice etc etc). As for the desserts, the green tea ice cream is not to be missed, plus the green tea and peanut mochis, small cakes and for those who want to clean their digestive system (and do not want to feel even more bloated with all the cakes), there are also a wide variety of fruits available.
