The rempah (spices) is the key ingredient to a good stick of otak and I find Lee Wee Brothers otak is one of the best I have tasted. There is a wide selection of different kinds of otak to suit individual palate.
Priced at 60 cents each for fish and non spicy otak. The fish head, prawn, squid, fish roe and crab otak at 90 cents and addition to these selections, there is also the banana leaf assam fish, prawn and squid at $2.60 each.
