Good:- Delicious fried chicken from Popeyes! The skin of the chicken is always so tasty and addictive, leaving you wanting for more. The meat is soft yet not too dry. In my opinion, the chicken served in Popeyes is always less oily than KFC's.- It comes along with a bread/ biscuit, which is something different from KFC.Not-so-good:- Although less oily than KFC, we should minimise eating this fried chicken too often due to the amount of oil used to fry the chicken.- The bread/ biscuit tastes grea

My favourite meal to order at Popeyes is actually the 3 pieces tender meal because there are totally no bones in it, and like it's name, they are super tender.The meal comes with 3 pieces of tender, one biscuit, a side dish and a cup of soft drinks.For my side dish, I chose the whipped potato. Which is also my favourite item at Popeyes. The potato itself is soft & creamy, and the sauce is absolutely divine! Garlicky, creamy & salty.. A must order every time I dine here.

I was a little hungry before dinner and some promoters were giving out popeyes coupons so I decided to head over to popeyes to try their new cajun pepper nuggets. for 6 pieces with a regular cup of green tea, it costs $3.90 which was not at all expensive. There was a lack of pepper taste but the chicken breast nuggets were surprisingly soft and tender, though not reaching the level of thigh tenderness. Worth a try and makes a great snack! It was not salty too and the skin was very crispy.

Ordered a combo set which consisted of 3 pieces tender chicken, 1 regular cajun fries, 1 piece of biscuit bun and a regular coke. The total cost is $6.90. The chicken was marinated well. The skin was crispy even though it was quite oily. The biscuit bun tasted somewhat like scones. It was quite dry but the jam provided was a great complement to it even though the jam was quite starchy. The cajun fries was yummy. I prefer Popeye's fries to KFC's. It was a tad oily though.Worth a try

I ordered a Sunday’s deal, 3 piece tender chickens and biscuit with additional add-on of coke and Cajun Fries. Personally I didn’t like the chicken as it was rather bland, the crust wasn’t crunchy enough and was rather dry. The Cajun fries was normal but not comparable to McDonalds/A&W curly fries or long john silver fries. Fried chicken is such a delicacy yet it is such a sin! For good fried chicken, one only needs to look to Popeye's. The batter is always fresh and never tastes stale. Chicken is tender and juicy. One downside is that there is always a lot of oil that oozes out from the chicken and seeing that makes me feel a little queasy and guilty. However, it is always ok to indulge once in a while. So let go of that diet just for one day and feast on some louisiana fried chicken today!

Popeyes has really good fried chicken and many different types of unique sides. The Louisiana style chicken is fried to perfection being crisp and crunchy on the outside and really moist and juicy on the inside: the tender chicken is very flavourful having lots of delicious juices. Really enjoyed the crisp exterior with its contrast to the soft meat. The chicken comes with biscuits too which are crumbly and buttery with great salty flavour.

I am not a fan of popeyes's cajun fries, I like my fries to be on the thinner side, like those of mcdonald's fries, but popeyes's fries are more on the thicker side and is soft and soggy, even the seasonings in the fries cannot help the overall taste of the fries, the texture kinda spoilt the whole thing.Also, unlike mcdonald's fries, popeye's fries have a coating outside their fries, I prefer it to be without the coating though.Popeyes buttermilk biscuits are a hit or miss. Popeyes has really interesting sides that enable it to Stand out from other fast food joints that Serve fried chicken too. One side that stood out for me were the onion rings. The thin slices of onion were coated with a light batter that was fried to a crisp. The batter was spiced so that it had complexity of flavour and the batter was not limp and soft unlike many other fast food joints. A good effort overall.

I bought back the Popeyes food items home to share it with my family members during our weekly dinner gathering. The crispy chickens from here never failed to content us as the chicken meats are really juicy andtender. The crust are also very crispy and not too oily. THe mashed potato is also very smooth in texture and the pepper flavour in it also very tasty. French fries are also very crispy as well.

Can you imagine... two of my lunch buddies haven't eaten at Popeyes, yet.So for lunch, we brought them at the Orchard Exchange branch. I usually go for the chicken tenders whenever I eat at Popeyes but decided to try something different today, so I ordered a Chicken Burger set instead ($8.50) which comes with a regular-sized drink and your choice of one of their signature sides. The burger came with a huge fried chicken patty that was juicy and tender (although a little bit on the oily side). The Cajun Fries were very flavourful but I still prefer their signature "biscuit". Not only do i like the Popeye cartoon, but i also love Popeyes food!! Okay there's nothing really special about this. It's just fast food and it's fried chicken, but their chicken is really good! I love their spicy fried chicken a lot! And they give you little packets of actual hot sauce. I always like my food to be spicy so I put it on everything they serve.
