The shop is just located outside Holland village mrt station and so I went to get a bread- Green Tea Latte Bread! It taste as interesting as it sounds..the green tea is made up of milk cream kind of texture but not made up of cream. It tasted like the milk pan just that it is in green tea and i really like it. Provence is a Japanese style bakery and cafe in Singapore. It is conveniently located near the Holland Village MRT station. Their bun is a bit expensive but it is really fresh and soft. The more popular bread would be the milk pan bun and chocolate wassants. I preferred the milk pan as it was fresh, soft and filled with rich custard.

I was lucky enough to step in the store when their famous Milk Pan bread just came off the hot oven. The bread is soft and fluffy with a generous filling of creamy milky custard. The creamy milky custard is not too sweet and tasted perfect and is highly recommended.

i always thought that the Choco and cream wassant at four leaves was awesome. it was only when my sister bought home those from provence did I realized what I have been missing out. This japanese bakery is most famous for its soft milky breads like the wassants and the milk pan. I got the Milk Pan bread since it is just hot off the oven. The bread is so soft and so delicious! It is so fresh and the fragrance is a large plus to the taste. Of course, not forgetting the creamy milky filling, it is not cloyingly sweet and hence goes very well with the bread. Definitely will be back for more!

My occasion visits to Provence at its various outlets often see me over at trying different types of bread, because basically every piece just looks so good.I tired the Milk Pan, it looks like a fluffy cupcake bread with a swirl design on top.
