Priced at $3++ for 3 pieces of super crispy chicken karage!! I really wanted more, but my calorie counter stopped me.. Not to mention the fact that the ramen was such a let down, I ate maybe 10% of it, and left pretty much a full bowl behind!

As it is dinner time, everywhere is crowded. In the end I stop at this outlet for dinner as there is quite a number of empty tables in it. The restaurant is an open concepted one. Orders will be keyed into the card. The card will show the order list when making payment at the cashier at the end of the meal. Overall it is similar to Marché® Restaurants style, but it only offers Japanese food here.

I decide to order at the Riki ramen outlet as its menu shows a lot of vegetables in its ramen. One is given a tracker which will ring and light up when the food is ready for collection.

Nitamago Ramen ($14.00/ in Miso version)
I order the Nitamago Ramen through the recommendation of the staff, as it is considered a all-rounder dish with hanjuku egg, 2 slices of cha shu, cabbage, bean sprouts. You can also choose your choice of ramen : the regular or the thick type.

The thick type of ramen reminds me of ee mee when served. It tastes quite QQ and springy.

The hanjuku egg is quite soft with a slightly salty taste and melt in the mouth texture. The cha shu is quite fatty and does not have a melt in the mouth texture. It tastes a bit jelat after a few mouthfuls. The soup is flavourful but a bit too strong in the miso taste.

Overall it is quite a filling meal despite been served in quite a small bowl (when compare to other ramen outlets in the place). Interestingly one can also vote for your choice of the ramen outlets at the boxes next to the cashier. So remember to vote for your favourite so that it will stay open in Singapore.

Usually, ramen tends to be on the saltier side, but this ramen was probably just half the level of saltiness of what we usually had (which was probably good for health), the soup was also bland and not much flavor. We were actually wondering if the chef left out any ingredients.

I had tried the Menban Yamagishi Kazuo in Changi airport 3 today, it was awesome! The noodles was springy, chewy and soft. I like the meat the most, there is a little fats while makes it chewy and the meat wasn't too hard for biting. The soup based was another thing that it nice, it was savoury however, i think i will prefer it without pepper, it makes the soup a bit spicy! I realise that the workers are all foreigners (Japanese in major), i think their attitude and service are way better!
Making me very comfortable!

In an area near the carpark in terminal, lies Ramen Champion. In this outlet, there is 4 different ramen stalls, which comes from different parts of Japan. One of the stalls is Ramen Riki. Its number one dish is Nitamago Riki Ramen in Soyu version ($13). The soup is light and not too salty. The flavoured egg is nice with lava like yolk. If you like raw garlic, you will like this ramen very much as it has a lot of minced garlic in it. Besides ramen, there is also bento sets available.

I never tried this type of ramen before. I called it dip dip noodle. The set got noodle and soup separately with a bowl of clear soup. The clear soup must poured into the broth to make it not salty. The noodle got 200 gm and also 400 gm. I think 200 gm is enough. Dipped the noodle in the broth and eat. The broth got many ingredients like egg and charsu. The taste was unique and yummy.

Had lunch here after sent off a friend. Ordered the signature ramen from Gantetsu. The noodle got 3 pieces of charshu, spring onions and too much ginger. The soup base was overwhelmed by the ginger taste, too strong. The ramen got springy texture and nice to eat. Charshu also very nice, thin slice but tender. It is a big bowl, enough to fill my hungry tummy. I will try other next time.

We ordered another Ramen, this time a big bowl of noodle in a bright orange broth. This is the spicy Miso Ramen from the Gantetsu stall. The spice level has the right level of kick and the I love that the noodle is neither too soft or hard.

We order the sides dishes of Gyoza and Shishamo from another stall. The Gyoza is fried dumpling topped with some some sauce and spring onion. The Shishamo is pregnant fish as the fish is fried with the roe intact.

This place is good for those fan of Ramen, as you can try different style of Ramen under one roof.

The Ambience
As the place is located at T3 changi airport, the place was relaxing, cozy & comfortable

The Price
Reasonably priced at $14.80

Overall
I will definitely come back again to try other types of ramen and highly recommended to try this!

Our first time eating here;DThere weren’t a lot of people as it was not the dining hour. When we first went in, we were issued the card we could use to make purchases.(: Me and my friend took a tour around the whole place and find that almost all the stores sells similar ramen. We eventually chose the store for the ramen they have there.(: ALL ARE DELICIOUS! Really worth a try. Large portion too. Ambience of restaurant is great

I remember I had this after the first day of visiting during the Chinese New Year period. I thought yes, noodles soup is a good option after all the feasting.Ahh but of course, ramen may not be the healthiest of all noodles. Especially with the pork and the layer of oil. Ordered the King Cha Shu Ramen from the first store Gantetsu as its menu looks the most attractive to me. Full of items and everything in the ramen. A lot of chashu(roasted pork slices) (4 pieces), in a very big bowl with garlic on top (abit too much I feel). Like the cabbage pieces in the soup. Feel very salty halfway through the meal. Very big size, barely able to finish it.The outlet is at the far end of the floor, away from the crowded foodcourt. The service of the floor staff are very good.

The service of the floor staff are very good. One even explained to us the different kinds of ramen by the different stores, after seeing us walk around and not knowing what to order.

Hi remember to fill up the voting form after paying at the cashier. There is the voting box with the forms on top.
