After yoga lesson, we decide to come here for breakfast. There is a on going promotion for selected items ordered during breakfast, there is a 50% discount on coffee and tea. I order a egg croissant ($3.90) and topup another $2 to add in salmon to it. As for drink, I have a cup of latte ($4.90). It is total $8.35 after the discount. This Swissbake outlet at Nex is very huge and spacious. Service here is also friendly and fast as well. Have bought their Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad back to have it as my light lunch. It is priced at $6.50 which is consider quite affordable. Chicken breast meat is firm and tender in texture and goes well with the fresh crunchy salad. The toasted mini garlic bread is very appetizing and goes very well with the salad.

Bought home a loaf of this healthy Granola Muesli Bread from this bakery. First time trying it and really fall in love with it, especially on its lots of healthy contents in this bread. Firstly no sugar, no fats & no eggs have been used in it, so I can be very assured I am having a really healthy bread. Decided to treat myself to the newly introduced (double?) chocolate muffin from swissbake today, after a really long day of studying. It has a more appealing name than 'chocolate muffin' but for the life of me I can't recall it now.Anyhow, it was R-E-A-L-L-Y good. Better than I'd expected. It was fluffy, decadent and all about chocolate. It was topped with substantially-sized chocolate chunks and has a molton, gooey chocolate centre that was not too sweet. We wanted to celebrate a friend's birthday so we decided to get a small cake from Swissbake, which has many choices of cakes, and their smallest size is around 300grams, good for 3 or 4 people to share, so it's good to buy small cakes from swissbakes. They have discounts occasionally on whole cakes as well. We got the Chocolate Fudge Cake at around $20. It has a slight taste of rum, and the chocolate sponge and chocolate fudge wasn't too moist and sticky. It wasn't too sweet as well.

I was looking to get some snacks from Swissbake, and the packets of Almond Florentine Stick caught my eye. They are basically almond puff sticks, topped and drizzled with honey and almond flakes. It costs around $4.20 for a packet. The almond sticks are very flaky and crispy, and the fragrant taste of almond is noticeable. Makes a good snack in the morning with coffee or tea.

Swiss bake sells a variety of pastries both sweet and savory. I normally get the sweet pastries but this time I decided to try the chicken pie, the pie I got was a chicken pie. The pie was quite big in size but not exactly cheap. Despite this it was really tasty with a nice savoury chicken filling with chunks of meat inside encased in fresh puff pastry, buttery and flaky.

I recently discovered swiss bake and fell in love with it. I love this collection of pastries! Here are some of my favourite. The Ham and spinach quiche, the chocolate and the bread and butter pudding. The quiche is simply the best! It is a very tasty pastry filled with rich egg and spinach and ham. It is quite expensive around $5. But totally worth it.

the fruit brioche is great. there is not much fruit in it but the pastry is almost perfect! nice and soft and just dense enough to hold up if you make it into bread pudding. very fresh and fragrant. all natural ingredients. love the fruit peel in it but not a fan of the raisins. generous size. service is not friendly or helpful at all. there is a variety of other breads to choose from. about $5

they had a 12 animal chocolate coin set this year, which is interesting. the food quality is excellent here. love the chocolates which are imprinted with cute motifs. surprisingly the choclates did not melt even though it is not kept in the fridge. love the smell of this bakery when you step into it. there are rows of lovely cakes and confections and pastries. the service is not very friendly or helpful - i asked about specials and promotions but they weren't flexible or helpful with the answers

This is a strawberry cheese cake that i got to celebrate my mother's birthday. The cake consists of a cream cheese mixture with the bits of strawberries embedded in it. The cake was decorated using white chocolate swirls and fresh strawberries. The cheese taste was just right and not overpowering together with a right level of sweetness. This is a pretty cake at a reasonably pricing.

I was craving for something sweet for my evening snack & spotted these little pastries at Swiss Bake for 1 $ each. So I picked up a guava & a custard pastry. The guava one had some pulpy paste on it & was nice & soft. It was fresh & sweet. The custard pastry was nice as well. The pastry had custard in the center & was perfectly soft & sweet.I enjoyed the guava pastry more, since I love Guava fruit. both the sweet treats were awesome.

New product in town from Swiss Bake, which stirs my crave to give it a try -Toblerone Chocolate Puff! I walked past the 'attractive delicious' poster few time and keep holding myself back. I've stopped eating toblerone chocolate since yrs ago as i was very much addicted to it during 1 period of time. Hmm...the creation is great!
