I had some light items for tea time as i was not very hungry but had to satisfy my cravings.
I ordered some of my favourite items, and not to miss out the usual all time favourite chuka hotate.
I like the chuka hotate they prepared here, it was well seasoned, and there was not any "weird" taste which exists if the hotate was not fresh.
The chuka hotate is very chewy and best of all, they chilled the dish before serving, which makes it even nicer.

I had many of their grilled stick items for dinner and i was very satified with the meal.
i love the enoki mushroom bacon stick the most.
Thebacon was slightly charred but not too tough,
the enoki wrapped inside was surprisingly juicy and nice to eat, where i though they would be a bit dry at first as they were grilled.

I like to eat chasoba noodle instead of the usual ramen as chasoba noodles is very addictive.
Although it is not a piping hot dish,
it is cold but surprisingly addictive.
The noodles here is nicely cooked, not overcooked, they werent soggy at all
and were rather springy, which goes well with the cold chasoba sauced drizzled on the noodle.
The strips and pieces of seaweed, if can be toasted slightly, would taste even better.
I like to eat my chasoba with some pinch of wasabi too.

I love eating carrot cake, be it fried or steamed,
both works well for me.
Most important is the taste of the carrot cake.
I like the fried carrot cake here,
the exterior is slightly crispy,
but the interior is moist and soft.
I could taste bits of real carrots inside.
They have their chilli sauce which is specially made too,
unlike normal chilli sauce.
Sweet and slightly spicy. The carrot cake is quite a big piece too, very filling.

I had braised beancurd skin and the portion cost me about $4 .
The braised beancurd is well cooked and not tough at all,
the sauce that they drenched the beancurd with tasted slightly salty but nice.
Inside the braised beancurd i could taste the big pieces of fresh juicy prawns.
I like this dish alot, more than steam prawn hargau.
