This is called egg prata. Simple yet very tasty! The sauce is not very thick, it's enough for me to tear a small piece of prata then deep it into the bowl of curry and serve my self with it. For me I prefer to wash my hand very clean then use hand to eat instead. It's not because you can't use folk and knife but it's just because I like it better to use my hand.
